Pret a Manger in Spelthorne

Surprised that there are so few healthy options available at a pret these days! I did the macro count and I think I would have been better off going to McDonald's based on the wrap I had.

Nicely presented food ,very clean helpful staff , good position.

Would be good if they listened to what you ordered rather than just the last part of the sentence.

Incredibly rude staff member. Ordered my food and drinks. Whilst waiting for my coffee I realised I hadn’t got a receipt so I asked the colleague behind the counter and her response was ‘why are you telling me?’My mind was blown with that response. Who else would I enquire about a receipt with the big issue seller outside?They really need lessons in customer service.

Just avoid. Food is absolutely disgusting, even though purporting to use the finest British ingredients.The only reason you'd frequent a joint like this is if you are into the coffee shop culture.Just remember that Friends was a TV show, it's not real.You aren't as funny as Chandler, and you don't have Rachel's hair.

Very good selection of rolls and sandwiches. A little expensive but worth it. Very good customer service. Plenty of space to sit down and enjoy your meal too.

Good food , but staff under pressure, coffee needs improvements the way is looks in your cup

Had lunch at Staines Pret today with my wife.The girl who served me greeted me with a lovely smile and was so friendly and efficient I couldn't let it pass without posting this feedback.We couldn't help noticing how pleasant and cheerful she was with other customers after me and when she went off to lunch, the girl who took over equally as impressive.I don't often write reviews like this but we were so impressed it even brightened up our day.Excellent!

This is probably one of the least busiest prêts I have seen. Their layout of the store is a little weird and the upstairs section feels a little close and claustrophobic. 5* for the food, drink and great customer service :)

Mainly reviewing the food, as a lifelong customer, rather than the branch itself which is well run.Came here to sample the new offerings. Lobster roll was ok, a bit small and the overly crunchy baguette didn't suit it, couldn't enjoy texture of lobster was just trying to deal with the bread. The new chipotle salad is below average in terms of taste and together is just a basic salad with a bit of sweetcorn and sweet potato and a dressing that tastes like sweet chilli.I cant believe without eat out to take out I would have paid almost 12 pounds for this. Pret need to be more bold and visionary in creating the next generation of snacks that will keep loyal customers returning. Many of my favourite new offerings (veggie New Yorker, rainbow slaw wrap) have been discontinued it seems and replaced with this tripe.
