Ordered on Uber Eats. Food was so disgusting it tasted like it was a microwave meal- £14.50 for a portion of pasta that was bland and watery. Garlic bread was nearly raw! I’ve eaten in the restaurant before and it has not been too bad, but seems they don’t care about making the food nice for delivery! Refund requested. Will never order again.

Really good experience with all the team at Prezzo. Food is always great and served in good time. Been here a number of times and overall friendliness of the staff stands out.

Polite staff, but the food was really not good. Pizza not cooked through, starters not good and generally felt a bit bought-in. Restaurant was a little dirty, toilets were horrible.

Nice, polite servers and staff (no discredit to them whatsoever) but waited 75mins for a main which was horribly overcooked. Kitchen was obviously having issues.

I would leave zero stars if I could!Took over an hour to get the food.Food was cold, dry and not cooked well.I phoned the restaurant and the Manager, Cameroon?, was very rude to me. I found this to be completely unacceptable.I wasn’t looking for freebies, an apology would have been sufficient instead of the rude response I received as if it was my fault the food was delayed.I was only enquiring about the food I paid for ...This was an awful experience, I’d skip this place FOR SURE.

Ordered via Deliveroo and a truly awful experience. The initial order was sent out incomplete and was cold when it arrived. The gluten free pizza was borderline inedible, and then caused an allergic reaction - fortunately for someone who’s is gluten intolerant not Coeliac which could have been many times worse! Avoid this place at all costs!

Its taste was different everytime I go there. I guess chef and staff was changed... I have been there lunch time recently , the pasta was overcooked .. this restaurant was my favorite in staines but not anymore.... sorry

Staff are somewhat friendly.Food was ok. I had to send one dish back because it was far too salty to eat but the member of staff did apologise and explain.
