Starbucks Coffee Shop in Spelthorne

Poo On Floor In Starbucks!We visited a couple of days ago to get a coffee to take away and were shocked by the incident that occurred. Upon having ordered our coffee, the staff noticed a trail of feces from the ordering station to the toilet.Staff began to spray the droplets of poo with cleaning products and shortly after we received our drinks all the customers were asked to leave. While the customer that had the accident remained hidden in the Starbucks toilet throughout the whole incident.Although this wasn't the fault of the staff, I felt that they handled the incident inappropriately and without discretion. The staff were laughing about the situation in front of customers, hence my one star review.

Tables not clean not offered a tray no proper teaspoons and the cinnamon swirl ment to be warned but wasn't .poor made another visit the man behind the counter I found rude and not particularly friendly unlike the ladies always polite and friendly

Gets order wrong. Gave up waiting for correct coffee. Staff didn't seem to want to be there.

I used to enjoy to come here for coffee after shopping but new staff really started puts me off. Young ladies take forever to make simple drinks, queue is growing and from their faces I can see that they really don't want to be here. Embonpoint gentleman who takes orders is simply rude, unsympathetic and serves customers with this "I don't give a toss" attitude, forget smile or even looking at the customer. That passive aggressive behaviour especially closer to closing hours doesn't help...What happened with Starbucks customer care? :((

One of my favourite Starbucks around. I always go for a cup of Americano when I am nearby.

Some of the 'new' staff there are so unfriendly and have serious attitude. Their specific drinks are so watered down its disappointing. There's only 2 in there that are lovely and make great drinks

3 members of the staff chatting at the counter and no clean tables for clients do sit. To start the staff that took my order was having a drink and chatting with a colleague while serving me. Never spoke to me but to ask what I wanted. Really disappointed.

Optimistic and friendly staff and a well kept store. I enjoy my visits to this coffee shop as you get what you ask for and the staff are very friendly.The offers the same as all others but the service is fast and your hot items always hot.I also like the seating the coffee shop as it's the first I have seen with disabled seating. This is not exclusive to disabled people, anyone can sit there. As well as the table being wide enough for a wheelchair to fit in underneath it's, it is not screwed to the floor so it can be moved around to help.
