Tesco Cafe in Spelthorne

Tesco Ashford Middlesex..Absolutely disgusting and health hazard waiting to happen..I order a normal fried breakfast with pot of tea, before I even had a chance to get my sauces and sugar the member of staff put my breakfast on my tray before I even had sat down?Obviously the breakfast had been sitting for god knows how long?Stone cold and rotten! Thinking of taking it further to be honest! Worst I have ever seen 😡😡😡

Staff member that served me needs to take a customer service course. Really bad attitude. Could barely get across what I wanted to order with her disgusting and easily irritable attitude. Didn't get her name but curly black hair in a ponytail, big eyes, olive skin, Tuesday morning.

Had a breakfast.. not worth.. just a burger & coffee cost 7.25£.. its crazy. If u go to pub breakfast less than 7.25£ & will get huge breakfast..

The best food I ever try. Everything was fresh and cooked perfect. The cappuccino was great. Most friendly staff I ever met

It's just consistently good. I like that I can clearly see the calories on the menu. Just a easy place to get a coffee before a shop.

Where to start? The worst food I have ever had at a tesco Cafe anywhere - not a patch on the Solihull one.Good points - the avocado and haloumi muffin was good, reportedly, and the napkins were a good size. The hash browns were OK.The bad stuff - The Breakfast - lukewarm beans; nearly cold sausage; tough, dry bacon; fried bread a cross between ancient leather and reinforced concrete - deep fried, overcooked, leaking an oil bath, and so solid the fork stood up. Most of this appalling food seemed to have been sitting around going cold or tough for an hour before serving.Oh, and despite 1000+ people dying from covid every week right now, not one of the staff had a mask on. pot luck what they breathed all over your fare........if I wasn't so hungry I would have abandoned it all .... ...I should have.....

Really nice hot breakfast & coffee

Horrible service.I went for coffee with my friend. We ordered mocha but unfortunately what we get was horrible hot chocolate. The barista didn't know what kind of coffee bled are using..Shame

Awful service I bought pic a mix lunch for my granddaughter her sandwich was hard and awful dry bread so I asked for fresh sandwich they returned the same sandwich teeth Mark's included the'd warmed up in the microwave which I know becaus when I went to complain again the manager was talking about me rudely behind the counter and re warming again I was shocked watching and listening when I also said the hollandaise sauce wasn't fresh she came to our table and proceeded to argue getting very close to my daughters face being very intimidating I asked her to leave never have I witnessed such appallingly service and to upset my daughter and scare my granddaughter i went downstairs to inform customer services who couldn't be more apologetic total lack of health and hygiene checks and disgraceful lack of customer service from totally unprofessional cafe manager shocked is a understatement

A very ordinary cafe trying to punch above its weight. Staff appeared indifferent.
