TGI Fridays in Spelthorne

Marjorie gave us (table of 9) extremely great service! She was attentive and smiley throughout, refilling drinks right away and making sure we were served and out of the restaurant before our lunch break ended. Excellent service! Food as good as you can expect for a TGI, but the service from Marjorie made the experience very pleasant. Asset to the team.

Good food, helpful staff. The only issue was we had a group of 9 but had to split in 2 separate areas as only a few sections were open.

I cannot thank all of the staff there for making my daughters 18th birthday so amazing for her tonight. Food was lovely as were the staff and our server Garth was brilliant. My other daughter wants to go there for her birthday. Five stars well earned tonight, thank you, will definitely be going there again

As a vegan the new vegan menu was fantastic. However I went to order 3/4 different drinks and each one was sold out. I finally settled for a bottle of wine which was put on the bar and never brought over to me. Lastly I went to order a double espresso and their coffee pipe was broken so ordered the vegan cookie and ice cream... They didn't have any vegan ice cream. This would have been a 5 star review if they catered more to the drinks of the dessert. The waitress was very apologetic but great customer service.

We visited yesterday evening for a Father’s Day meal and the quality of the food has completed nose dived. It’s never been a high class establishment but I’ve always enjoyed the food I’ve eaten here. Of the 6 of us only 1 person enjoyed their food (thankfully my Father so he was fairly content on Father’s Day). A rack of ribs now costs up to £23 (comparable price to a more upscale place) and yet it was overly burnt and chewy (the only way to eat it was dousing it in glaze). Most of the food felt badly and overly microwaved. My sweet potato fries looked like they had been made hours ago and reheated. We did finally complain when the brownie was stone cold and they did replace it. Despite having booked a table we had to wait fairly long for our server to take our drinks order, although he was very nice and I have no direct complaints about him. I would avoid, in all honesty I’ve had cheaper and better meals at a spoons

Awful food, over priced as well. Nachos starter was just a soggy mess. Inferno burger was burned to a cinder. Serving staff nice and doing a fair job. However, it would have been difficult to send anything back when in a big group so just got on with it. Manager was sympathetic but couldn't do much after the event. Won't be back

I received excellent customer service from Marjorie, she was attentive, took our order early and had a genuine happy to help attitude. Food was a good/average we had burger with chips and chicken fajitas, I wasn’t particularly wowed by anything although the Chocolate fudge cake with ice cream was lovely. Overall décor was nice, lovely large bar in the middle of the restaurant

Wasn't as good as it used to be years ago. Basic menu and meals quite small, I saw more of the roof tiles than the typical memorabilia. Cocktails were delightful and the staff were really nice and helpful and always there to advise on your choices. Drinks, puddings, the staff made it.

Came here on a busy Thursday night with short staff, but our server, Lewis, was unbelievably amazing despite how rushed off his feet he was! And the food was amazing as ever - the mozzarella dippers are highly recommended, and I had the chicken fingers for my main, didn't disappoint!

After visiting Thorpe park, we have had the best food. Really nice staffs and good customer service. Please note you may need to prebook your tables before visiting. Group of 6 per bookings. Also, car park is free after 6pm. 😂
