Urban Zing in Spelthorne

i went there last week for lunch time. i entered the restaurant at 3:15, as they advise they are open til 4pm for for lunch. as soon as we entered the waiter wave with both hand and shouting we are close... so unprofessional as all the people turn round looking at us.. on my previous visit to that was awful too.... after 3pm they don't refill the buffet.. everything so dry... and sick food.. will never visit that again

Food is great. But Service is very very very very bad. And funny thing they charge service charge with that kind of poor service ..but food and atmosphere was awesome.

I had lunch here 01/07/14.Only ever noticed this place in passing.I was shopping and wanted something hot - like right now!The food was hot and ready to eat!Great selection for starter incl salads, sauces etc.I'm fussy with my taste of foods but I must say this exceeded my expectations.A hidden gem in Staines!They had run out of orange juice but the passion fruit juice was surprisingly good,

Went there with my husband for a dinner although he ordered extra hot and me medium we both got mild curry plus it was tasteless.Sorry to say but it was the worst and the most expensieve curry I ever eaten we paid £60 including service charge while there is no service waiters just walk around like a robots without smile :/

Food was ok. Service was not, Overall not enjoyable.

They dont respect customer.
