Terrible food ever! Garlic bread was hard like a stone! I ordered Pomodoro Pasta which was not even prepared properly, it was 1/4 in quantity! Not sure, why I even ordered and paid £25. I end up preparing my meal again! I haven’t seen this kind of terrible Italian food in my life! I won’t eat or order again!

Very accommodating and friendly staff. Well priced. Starters were really tasty. Unfortunately my main was below par. A soggy and overcooked pasta. However, 8/11 meals at our table were good. Also, when the weather is warm, it’s very hot and uncomfortable inside.

We had a lovely dinner with our two children at zizzis. The young ladies serving were very kind and happy towards our children got them pens and paper to draw on. We had delicious starters including gluten free with a sticker to reassure it was non gluten. The non gluten pizza was delicious. Only fault was to put the basil on after pizza is cooked not before. Was able to take some home and was a massive size

Out of four mains, two were wrong. When one person said it was the wrong order the waiter said “oh it’s basically the same”, but there were extra herbs that were included. So the diner who received the wrong order soldiered through as she was so hungry, but she hated the extra herbs on the larger pizza - which we were charged for. We also ordered a gluten free pizza but we were given a normal pizza. When questioned the waiter initially said “yes it’s is gluten free” but with no confidence and then agreed it was wrong. He then took the pizza but came back and said “do you really need gluten free?”Then the next day, two of the dinners were very unwell.A terrible experience. What happened? You used to be so good!

Staff were amazing. Food was absolutely disgusting. Their version of chicken milanese is a piece of breaded chicken that looks like it was bought from the frozen aisle- no seasoning. Some chips and broccoli- again no seasoning, not even salt! The meal was basically anemic. Whole point of eating out is being able to eat something that you could not make at home.

Always fantastic food and service. The food comes out quickly, hot and presented well. The staff are always friendly and always checking we have what we need. Great variety of food and childrens menu is very good value. Thank you!

Walked in without a reservation for Dinner, on a bank holiday Friday and they sat us down straight away.Friendly, courteous and professional staff and the food was delicious too. Plenty of veggie and vegan options and the desserts are irresistibly good. Highly recommended place for pizza/pasta, cocktails and dessert

My husband and I had a great dinner at Zizzi. The car parking was free after 18:00 🕕 lots of cars and people for Friday night. Zizzi was busy too. But good and friendly service. We really love pizza from here. Specially with chilly oil. Chorizo Carbonara was the first try! It’s was good! Everything was perfect part from little messy and dirty toilet. but we really enjoy dinner time!

My wife got food delivered from here this evening, for the first time. It's really a disgrace, and you need to be shut down. Clearly almost all of the food is prepared off-site and reheated in the restaurant. The bonus was the pizza that smelt and tasted of Dettol, is that a new topping?! If any of the staff are reading this, yes, we got that pizza, you must be so proud. If you want proper Italian food, DO NOT EAT HERE. None of it is real, and I challenge the staff to prove otherwise.I've never classified so much food as inedible in my life, it went in the bin after the wife and kids have it their best attempt.
