Great ice-cream sundae. Pistachio and banoffee or mango sundae my favourite

I can't believe that I've not been here before! Nice place to have dessert and looks popular for relaxing with friends.Good selection of crepes, waffles and ice creams including vegan options and create your own versions. Relatively reasonably priced.Would have been 5 stars if there had been a bit more interactivity with the staff; having not been here before it was hard to know the processes for ordering; you need to scan the table QR code and place your order. Staff then come to the table with a card machine for you to pay (so make sure you remember the cost of your food). It took about half an hour for our first dish to arrive, a little longer for the second as it was vegan; I absolutely don't mind as it was explained later that they make up vegan mixes to order but there was little communication at the time. But like I said, really lovely, light waffle with delicious accompaniments. I'll definitely be going back!

This place is revolting. The cleanliness was shocking. We were there at opening on Sunday morning and the place was filthy. The floor, the walls everywhere- and I'm not even going to mention the bathrooms. The food was nice and what we ordered- it just makes me worry about the cleanliness of the kitchen if everywhere else is so disgusting.

Waited to be seated after the Covid restrictions and went there recently and was made to sat on a table which firstly needed cleaning. Directed and encouraged to order via a useless app via QR code which when ordering required all my personal details and a password reset which was a complete waste of time. Then when ordered had a miserable female staff meme we come with such an attitude with a card payment machine as if to state I had not paid online deliberately
check your system people! Only ordered 3 normal milkshakes which took nearly one hour. When asked at the counter I was told they were only going to be another 30 seconds but alarmingly was about a further 15-20mins. Shakes were great and we originally came in for bubble tea which they advertise but we’re told that they are one of the few stores which do not offer bubble tea but you’d think the logic would be to inform customers or remove it from the website. Anyway, the place is ran by kids and service is atrocious and they are weekend staff highly unorganised or any concern the price we pay for overpriced products we can make at home but you’d expect to be served well and provide a pleasant experience for the money. Never mind but won’t be returning!

Hopeless service, over priced poor quality products, very long waits and the IT ordering system doesn’t work either (for password reset). Huge portions if your prepared to put up with all of that and the need to provide all your personal details on their website just to place an order. Worst ice cream place I’ve been to. Never coming back.

Ordered for 3 received for 1 after waiting 40 mins. I’d still be sat there now had I not challenged them. “Yeah sorry, the ticket machine doesn’t work very well”Avoid. Having seen the other reviews I only have myself to blame for not checking before I went!I counted not more than 15 people sat inside at the time. God knows what it’s like when it’s busy! The place appears to be run by teenagers with the manners and communications skills likened only to a house brick to the face in the height of winter!

It took a lot of time for our food to come but it was understandable since it was a Saturday evening. Good waffles tho.

Nice ice cream, expecting a little more for the cost 1 scoop of ice in a ÂŁ7.95 sundae. Order process is via an app, you can only order this way so only good if you have your phone with you and you get signal!!!!!! Expect a long wait.

We have been there for the first time and we loved it, nice and cosy. All the covid measures in place, good atmosphere. The service was very good too, the gelato and sunday we got were delicous. Very good place for a good dessert.

My visit to creams was good better than I'd expected, as it is not the sort of place I'd choose to go myself. However it was a treat for my sister so I went along too.The covid precautions at well implemented here, with rigorous sanitisation of your seat as soon as you leave i saw while tucking into my big treat! You are required to sanitise yourself as you enter. Ordering is done over the phone by scanning a QR code on your table, no app required this is a very good idea. Payment is done by card only and not on the phone either this is good allowing for a person to pay other than the one doing the order. So your teck savy kid can do the order and Nanny can pay. Great method!!Service was prompt friendly and helpful, not over bearing. This is can be a fine line but Creams succeeded. My picture of my delightful desert was a milk chocolate Kinder Bueno waffle with whipped cream and a white chocolate sauce. It was filling but nice😋
