Domino's Pizza in Surrey Heath

Was in the area one night with nothing cooked so placed an order on the app. I have to say I was really disappointed with this Pizza as it did not taste anything like my local branch. The base was like a biscuit and I have honestly had better £1 Pizzas from iceland.To their credit it did turn up on time but I would not order Pizza from here again. Surely there must be a decent Pizza place in Camberley??

Payment system was down. Can only order with the app which my bank kept blocking. Spent waiting 30 minutes for the pizza and another 30 minutes untangling 5 false pay.ents from the bank fraud department. Will never use dominoes again

My pizza is so crunchy it feels like I'm eating Doritos . I know I asked for thin crust but i never had a thin pizza like this .

Pizza arrived after an hour. Arrived stone cold. Phoned for a refund and was offered a replacement pizza providing nothing was eaten... it was 21:30. I was not happy waiting until 10:30 to eat a takeaway dinner on a Tuesday evening, that for us, is a rare occasion.Will not be ordering from here again - Go to Papa Johns.

Pizzas arrived but no drink. Reason from driver was "I forgot it", with no apology or offer to go and get it. I have no expectations he will return and order is only partially complete. When I tried to phone the Camberley shop which received the order, the phone was picked up with no greeting and obviously just left on the counter. Very poor customer service, not impressed and will leave the same feedback on social media.

I ordered a pizza last time on 7th of August and they gave me wrong pizza. I rang back guy who served me said he can put £15 credit for wrong order and i can redeem next time. Today i rang Camberley store again. Guy was really rude over the phone while he was taking the order. Went to store for collection my pizza and asked them to redeem my credit from last time but they refused and said they never put in the system as guy may b lied to me over the phone. when i told them time and date for last order they checked. Manager JESS she refused to give me area manager contact e-mail and she said she's isn't allowed to give me his contact email and ran in to kitchen without serving me and boy on the front was laughing and makes funny facials expression.I told her i will be in touch with the area manager and owner Judie but she said i do whatever i want to do. Customer service in the Camberley location is horrible.I will be writing this review on all social media sites that I am apart of and will be telling friends and family on how horrible my experience was with this location.

Good is served ASAP but they make sure it's up to the expected standard as well

Ordered from their app which I use on a regular basis. Tonight we got the absolute WORST SERVICE. The app said the pizza would be delivered at 7pm. Well we got someone else’s pizza instead. So I rung them and was told my pizza would be sent out. Half an hour later and still no pizza. At this point we had thrown away the previous order. Was told by the same girl on the phone that the order had been sent out, so I assumed that they had remade our order. 20 minutes later and STILL no pizza, all we were offered was free pizza, not my refund that I asked for. I will add that we live 5 minutes away from the town centre so was absolutely ridiculous by then. They finally sent out the pizza, but without the sides! Still waiting for those, 40 minutes later and nothing has turned up, may as well give up now. Used to be my favourite go-to for pizza and also a regular customer, and will be ordering elsewhere next time. For the price of the food I would’ve expected the service to be a lot better.

Disgustingly greasy and still doughy pizza yet bland and burnt tasting .. deffinatly the worst pizza I have ever ordered ...... and as for the delivery driver !!! She needs to learn some manners and attitude issues.
