Flame bbq grill in Surrey Heath

Ridiculous service, placed an order for pick up, was told to come in 20 mins. Arrived to pick up and now waiting for 25 mins..

Sadly the pizza doe is raw, chicken doner smelt rotten and gown off my kids didn't eat and when i said then the manager shouted at me.. Didn't even listen to me and hanged up.. Never experienced nothing so outrageous before, blaming me for saying the chicken js gone lff and pizza uncooked i ssid to come try it but he just shouts and doesn't refund tells me not to order from the shop 😂...??? Wow

Really disappointed with food tonight 😕 cheeseburger with salad . Very dry ,supposedly with salad . Just had lettuce. Shame , had food lots of time from there usually really good

The food was sooo greasy it was literally dripping with fat. Rang to complain an they told us it was cooked fresh. They refused to listen to what was said to them.

Ordered burger meal was completely satisfied with it and waiting time was ok very nice place would recommend

Food is great but the service isnt what it used to be.I ordered large doner with chips for someone. I requested chips to be packed seperately as I wanted to have chips and I am vegetarian which they said we cant do. Despite the fact that was never a problem in past. So I ordered a seperate portion of chips. I then requested for Vinegar chillies, I got told yes we have it and then person at till spoke to gentleman in kitchen who said something in his on language and then person at till said, we dont have it.

I frequent this excellent restaurant often as I like the special air that is exist in this restaurant. The crew is extraordianrillyremarkably cordial and well trained. The service is pretty quick. Needless to say, the food they prepare is excellent. I came more than once and I was never disappointed. The pay is modest. I suggest this restaurant to all my friends.

Hands down the BEST!! Ordered almost ten times now over the last few months, consistently awesome food! Cannot beat the charcoal BBQ flavour!! BBQ is best eaten fresh off the grill, so would recommend collecting and munching while it’s hot.

Friendly staff with great selection; succulent chicken and tender lamb cooked just right! You have to try their fantastic lamb ribs. They have became our family favourite, and we never order without at least a couple of portions.
