Herbies Pizza in Surrey Heath

Paid with a 50 note delivery driver short changed me and stole 10 from me and is lying about it to his boss

So happy that I found this place! Staff and manager super friendly and also pizza was so delicious! Definitely I will order again!

I in all my 49 years on this Earth I haven’t been able to find a pizza as satisfying as a Herbie’s pizza. The manager and workers of this restaurant have provided me with exceptional service whether ordering online, on the phone or in store. I would personally guarantee that if you eat a pizza from anywhere else after eating one from Herbie’s you will experience an overwhelming sadness that I can only akin to that of the loss of a pet.

Absolutely brilliant we ordered and it said 40 minutes ..it turned up in 25 minutes piping hot.. tasted gorgeous! Thank you Herbies we will be back regularly 😀

Best pizza that I have had in a long, long time. I had a Hot Bite which had great flavour as well as the heat and their special garlic bread with cheese is out of this world. They also had a gluten free option which kept my wife happy and seemed to have plenty of meal deal options.Cheers guys. Will definitely be back

I have been coming to herbies pizza for around 12 years and I have never been as pleased in the past 6 months with any takeaway business. I have noticed they hired 2 young chefs (both around 18 years of age) and the quality of their pizzas is amazing!! I had always felt before like there was something minor wrong with my pizza, but I have no complaints anymore. The orders I have received over the last 6 months have been perfect and I couldn’t ask for any better quality. I understand that the shop has undergone new management recently which will also be taking part in the better quality pizzas, but when the new manager is busy answering calls, I’ve looked through the window and the work rate that these 2 boys do is quite frankly unbelievable and you can see they enjoy what they are doing. I wish most youngsters these days had a work ethic like this!! Anyone who has left a bad review in the past, ignore them as the shop has completely changed now. Thumbs up from me Herbies👍

So, the pizza took over an hour, we had to ring to find out where it was, was told it would be another 10 minutes and then showed up 15 to 20 later. The guy didn't have any change on him and said he would go get some and come back....I am still waiting over 30 minutes later. Then the final nail in the coffin was the BBQ pizza we ordered that was delivered with no bacon or even a BBQ base. The excuse given was it's a busy day....at half 2 on a Saturday. This was my first Herbies experience and most likely to be my last. Shocking.

Normally very good the last couple of months the service has been appalling. The manager doesn't care. The staff don't take notice of delivery instructions. The manager fought with me over the phone saying he had not received my online order, then found it but didn't apologise. Pizza turned up cold 1/2 hour late. When I sent it back and phone Herbie's again I was told I could have a free pizza next time which I declined and was then told a refund could be put through tomorrow . I declined and said I wanted my hot pizzas as soon as the driver hot back to them. We will see Will never use Herbie's who were my favourite again.

Tried a large Herbies Hot Bite last night which I collected for 9.99 plus 1.30 for extra fresh tomato. The problem was they didn't put any sweet corn on the pizza. So I paid for an extra topping, then they left off a topping that was supposed to be on it! You would assume that they would know how to make a Herbies Hot Bite by now. And actually leaving off the sweetcorn made made a massive difference to the flavour.Im eating the left overs for brunch and I have to say I'm disappointed really!
