KFC in Surrey Heath

When they are not tired or late the food is good. When there what I said before they can forget your order so you are either missing something or you got the wrong item but lately they have been good. Sometimes the food is just warm as I've noticed they leave your other food items in your bag on the side when they are getting your other food. They should really put your other food items in a git cupboard then give you your full order all hot.

I have just come home with a Bargain Bucket 10 pcs , and its the first time ever !!! that is has no breast, just drum sticks and wings. Still nice but what is going on ?

Tills are not working for blue light card unless have cash as new machines are not compatible currently. Told must go drive thru. Very slow as only able to order and serve at the same window. The young girl who served us was lovely and got the food quickly once we finally got to the window. Food was good enough but not sure it is worth the hassle and the long wait.

My order was not complete. When I got home I realised that I did not receive the chicken wrap meal that I ordered, also the iced tea was extremely watered down. Will not be going back.

Yet again I did not get what I ordered. Only 1 meal and wrong drink. Absolutely terrible. Watch your take out orders very carefully to avoid being left short.I would not order from the again.

Quick service, nice and clean, tasty food.The only down side is the access. A very short drive through that can quickly block access and pretty much no parking 🙄Still well worth a visit though.Review update:Still finger lickin' good. 😗👌🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣Update: 27/07/2022Drinks are always flat, chips seem...off.I love the chicken, but meals are pointless.

Very poor service, and unhelpful staff, the food very greasy, chicken was dripping with oil and was cold as was the gravy and chipsFilthy toilets and dirty floors and tables, would not eat in this KFC branch again, overall a Very bad experience avoid at all costs. A big expense for poor quality food.

Had a good meal here with the grandchildren, free parking allowance caters for the slowest of eaters unlike Aldershot KFC where my son has been fined for over staying parking times, with 3 young children on his own it can take a while to choose then eat their meals.

Food is up to scratch, never liked how KFC cook their fries though. Two annoying things with this place, pretty sure I got a diet Pepsi something that was low sugar...never something I ask for. Lastly the com system is good but this place always seems to hire staff that don't speak English as their first language which can make it very difficult to place orders.

Tried the vegan burger, pretty good!#KFC #KFV can we have a zinger version please! ...the bad news, the chips aren't Vegan!
