I know your in the Primer inn accross the street, wail away. Food is awful, 80% batter 20% prawn, fo young was horrible flavourless omelette. £17.50 with sesame toast which was £5 and scored 6 out of 10. Make the walk elsewhere...

Food is ok, but customer service is poor. Portly English chap who handed me the food was quite rude and unappreciative of my order.Could do with some customer service training, this is 2021. I expect a bit more friendliness when i case no problems as a paying customer.

I have had the pleasure of multiple dinners from this take away.have tried lots of different things (Hong Kong style chicken is very nice and my personal fav! )I find the staff efficient , friendly. Food is very good at the price point. Delivery is quick and foot tasty and hot. 5* food hygiene so that's a bonus.i find it's faster to use the app then to call!

I’ve been waiting for my food for nearly 2 hours. I have rung the restaurant multiple times to no reply. This deserves 0 stars but had to put one to rate.

Very very good until the change of owners. Really disappointed with the current owners, lack of customer service, care but ultimately the quality in the food has gone down. Really let down the folks that build up a fantastic reputation for the McChina family. Order from Farnborough branch is my recommendation.

Whilst the food and service was ok for me, I was hungry, it had clearly sat there a long time and a lot of it was clearly overcooked. I am not sure that they check the temperatures of the food being held at temperature as it wasn’t all hot, the person I was with fell with food poisoning the day after eating here and although I had a fine time, has put me off going again.

ordered food a lot of times, but just can't put up with the rudeness anymore. the food's ok, not great. certainly not good enough to continually be spoken to like dirt. won't be back.

I just called to ask when my order will be delivered because it's 15 minutes late, his immediate response was "I don't have a crystal ball!" He then made me wait while he served another customer. When he came back he asked me my address and then said that my order has not been cooked yet, but it will be next. Then he said "Thank you. Good bye."I promise that I will never spend another penny on an order from them. The worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Unfortunately we had to order from here as our usual was closed on a Mon. A mistake we will not make twice.The chicken tasted of nothing. The lemon sauce was so watery and not tasty.The pork balls were not cooked.The duck rolls were not cooked through either.All in all far too expensive and not worth it. Not a happy customer.

I wish I had looked here first at these reviews!!!!! The food was awful. Rice was over done and mushy, battered chicken breast was so dry and the batter was horrible. The noodles tasted as if they had been fried in dirty dish water and the whole thing cost me £25. Thanks for that !!!!!! Do not buy from here. I will not be buying from here again. The only reason why I did was because my local were not open.
