Nando's in Surrey Heath

Worse place to pick up a deliveroo order. Went in there today and was told by a oriental guy to wait outside even thou the order was ready. I think he suffers from small man syndrome. When I asked why walk outside and wait when order is ready in front of me. That seemed to upset him, and he unassigned order from me. I guess that made him feel important. Well done big man....

Always best grilled chicken. Bit expensive but worth it.

Busy,loud,but service was quick and food was good and hot and tasty,not a massive menu but not bad for lunch date

Disappointing visit. I like the ease of the new ordering from your phone but its clear that in house customers are a lower priority than takeaway (and JustEat, Deliveroo, etc). Food took 50mins to arrive (you can tell now as you get emailed a confirmation which as the time) and the queue of delivery drivers was very long and was constant. Some food was cold and had to be reheated which again, took time. Shame, I really like Nandos but its clear that they arent fussed about making it enjoyable for in house diners. Staff were friendly but couldnt do anything and said we just had to wait - easier said then done when you have a 6 and 3 year old waiting for food). Won't be returning

Been here so many times and the food is always hot and the service is always nice, this has to be one of the best nandos in the country 10/10

Food is decent as usual. Wanted to eat in but told there was bit of a wait, asked why as there were lots of tables empty. What the young girl didn't realise I noticed that she rolled her eyes when i asked her this question. Pretty rude. Didn't make an issue of it and decided to get a takeaway instead.

Firstly big Nandos fan and in last decade this is first time I have literally threw away Nandos wings in the bin.. It's very sad day for me throwing it away - it tasted boiled with Nandos sauce on them.. This has happened to me second time from this same branch and if this cook is not happy at the job he should be let go.. or if the owners are not serious about their business it's best to close it down. It's harsh but you guys should be lucky to be in business during this tough times - twice I wasted £40 of my hard earned money ordering from you. Never again

Come here all the time and I’m never disappointed. I usually order a salad with chicken and avocado 🥑
