Papa John's in Surrey Heath

Pizzas are good which is why have kept ordering from this place but it is annoying that for the second time in a short period of time they simply forget our drink.. so then we are expected to eat our pizza and 30min later drink? Or should we leave our pizza getting cold waiting for the drink? It's absurd! And last week this happened again and also when we opened the pizza box the garlic sauce was opened literally in the pizza upside down.. I complained which they sent a new pizza half-hour later.. and that was it! No compensation whatsoever.. this is bad customer service! You wait long for a delivery.. a bad one! And then wait longer for a replacement along with the missing drink and that's it! Well done! The slogan should be Better ingredients! Better pizza! BAD SERVICE!

Over one hour since I placed my order 10 minutes ago I received somebody else’s meat pizzas being delivered to my address my order was vegetarian ....Semi warm delivery just received... still minus water.... cant keep ringing to complain.....again tonight!!!!Hipe comments will include refund.... feel for whoever Dawn gu24 is as pizza will be cold..... no contactless delivery...... really poor. 1hour and 10 minutes later my order is delivered. Luke warm... shop is less than a mile away.... review your drivers!!!! No SD... no drink with order..... cant be bothered to ring a fourth time to “ takeaway”.

Great pizzas in the past, arrived cold the last 3 times. Promised a free large pizza as compensation for my last one. Called to order some more food and redeem this and turns out he was making false promises. Done with this place.

Perfectly acceptable pizza just a bit annoying when you buy at the counter you don't get the deals advertised on line, ended up paying more then had I purchased online and had it delivered.

Arrived quickly and driver was friendly, I got an XXL pizza for 10 quid so can't complain about price. The pizza itself was very dry and tasteless. The ingredients tasted below standard for most pizzas, the dough itself was bland and I did not eat the edge of the pizza at all. Quite disappointed, and will gladly pay more for Dominos or my local pizza place.

Called, asked if they were delivering and accepting cash. Guy said yes, proceeded to place order that was a deal online. Guy then said the deal is only only online and there is a cash option. No cash option. No wonder Papa John's is going out of business, chow 🙋

Order came in good time and food looked good. Tasted no better than a supermarket oven pizza. Here's the bit why I gave it 1 star, I would give 0 if I could, both myself and my partner had severe upset stomach the next day! Never ever again. I'll stick to Dominos

Avoid Papa John’s in Lightwater, Surrey. Horrendous pizza and customer service. Pizza was collected and lacked taste and quality of ingredients not to usual standard. When I called to complain, I was told by the manager (Abdul) that there was nothing wrong with their product and that I was mistaken. He then offered to send another pizza but I would have to pay 50% of the price - the sam I had already paid for the original pizza!!!He then quoted their terms and conditions and then said he would make another pizza but I would have to pay £5, totally contradicting their own Quality Guarantee. Residents of Lightwater, give this establishment a wide berth and perhaps try Dominoes in Bagshot instead.

Me and my partner ordered from here recently, I rung up and the man I was speaking to was unbelievably rude too me, I ordered my food as asked him to hang on a sec as I asked my partner what he wanted to drink, whilst I was asking him the man I was speaking to wouldn't stop questioning me and threatening to hang up the phone ( i dread to think what they actually done to my pizza before they sent it out) anyway, when my pizza arrived it looks really really nice , until I took the first bite and it was vile it was one of the worst pizza I have ever tasted! The chicken actually tasted like rubber, they sent a hideous dip I asked for garlic and herb and they sent plain garlic the smell of it was unbearable and the tast was so hard to get rid of!! For two days after eating this pizza words can't explain how ill I was !! I think il stick to dominos much more cleaner and professional- take my advice and done order from this place!!!!

The guy on the phone was impatient and a little rude, was told it would be half an hour but waited over an hour. They sent one completely wrong pizza and both were dripping in oil which meant neither me nor my partner finished our portion and was not enjoyable so didn't even want to keep for leftovers! Also ordered garlic knots, which were overcooked and quite dry and the dip supplied with them was quite unpleasant. Very disappointed and won't be ordering again.
