Pizza Express in Surrey Heath

Service excellent, food good, toilets... Well I've seen cleaner porta loo's at festivals. Absolutely disgusting!

Takeaway from Pizza Express is absolutely awful. Food delivered completely cold and missing items - really inadequate.We were very excited about trying the new 'halloumi bites' - which turned out to be a handful of cold, pieces of plastic for £4.65.Get takeaway from here if you have money to burn ... And you need cold food to put it out.

The food was alright there was some flavour but the pizza was burnt and paper thin not good the cutlery was not clean the service was not good they put in our order before even confirming it and put more than we could afford on the billThey had already put the food in the oven but because we couldn't afford it we had the cancel it not good experience

Very poor service.We ordered take away and were given butter with our dough balls instead of the tomato sauce that is supposed to come with them, only a few dough balls in did we realise that the butter probably wasn't vegan as that is not what was advertised, we then call up to check up on our order and whether it's correct, only to be told by the manager that the butter is not vegan and he would talk to his staff as they must have gotten neglectful because it was near the end of their shift. How he thinks it is OK to excuse his "neglectful" staff and making it obvious that this is something they tend to do, I will never know.The food was OK, pizzas did not come as advertised, some ingredients were missing, like herbs on both pizzas and tomato on one of them, as well as the pizzas not being cut, ewhich absolutely baffled us but we are aware that this is probably a company decision not the restaurant staff.Disappointing to say the least.

Very poor food quality, slow service and the toilets were filthy. We went to the Camberley Pizza Express for the first time tonight for a celebration with my two young children. We left extremely disappointed. The bolognese from the children's menu was inedible, it was a watery tinned tomato taste, full of pepper and the meat was gristle and the lowest grade meat possible. My children who are not fussy could not eat the bolognese and when my husband and I both tried it we couldn't have eaten it either. I ended up giving my children my pasta meal that I had ordered and I had to order (buy) a new meal for myself which took another 20-30 minutes to cook. Then the deserts, I ordered a 'warm chocolate brownie' it came out fridge cold so not warmed up at all and I was unable to finish it as it was so hard and sickly. The ice cream on all deserts was full of ice crystals which made the ice cream so crunchy and were not very nice to eat at all. When I raised my concerns regarding the quality of the food to the waitress she just apologised and said she will inform the kitchen staff. The food was really awful and just spoilt our evening. I also had to purchase an extra adult meal so my children had something to eat and didn't go hungry. The service was also extremely slow and the ladies loo (first cubicle) had poo smeared all over the back of the toilet seat. I would not recommend this restaurant and I will not be returning. The quality of the children's food was totally unacceptable and probably the worst food we have ever experienced in a restaurant and I had to pay for an extra meal just so my children could eat. Shame on you Pizza Express!

Arrived at pizza express and ordered garlic king prawns for a starter However when they arrived I wouldn’t say they were king prawns. Anyway I noticed that one of the prawns hadn’t been cleaned properly and still had feces inside it. Was told by the manager that this is how it comes as they arrive in a big bag. Won’t be ordering again if there not even checking what there serving to the customers.

Happy to recommend this restaurant for the quality of its food and helpful pleasant staff in nice surroundings. Will definitely go again.

The service has improved massively since we last visited, 2 years ago. New menu is good. "BBQ burnt ends" Romana pizza was delicious

Love pizza express and their food. Freshly made pizza with salad I had Legerra Padana which comes with salad...only 600 calories and the g & t was free with some of the pizza we ordered.

This was a very different Pizza Express that I am used too. As we entered we we’re waiting for a 5 min period while staff were behind the desk. On being seated we had to ask the staff members to come take our order, but they stood there and looked at each other, strange. When the order was placed the food was below what is the standard in London. And lastly there was a very unfriendly atmosphere apart from one Asian lady who was lovely, and I’m guessing the manager. Overall it was a standard visit, but the staff attitude was not what I was expecting from a customer obsessed brand!
