Pizza Hut in Surrey Heath

Surprisingly was quite an enjoyable experience. Food was OK but the service was really good for a Pizza Hut. We were served by Roxy, who was very personable, kind and efficient. Would definitely come back again. Thank you Roxy for your customer service. Keep up the good work.

I love this place. Staff are always welcoming and friendly. They always seem happy and the atmosphere wherever busy or not is always high making us have a nice time every time we come here. Food is always served nice a fresh and can’t go wrong with Pizza Hut pizza. Best table service and there’s always smiles. Thank you.

Pizza hut is one if the fine places where you can have a good time over food with friends and family. The orders are placed digitally on the phone hence paying by cash is not much of an option. The food gets served pretty fast. If you take up a meal then unlimited Salads and drinks are definitely a great option and make it worth the money. One can also pack stuff in a to go box if they weren't able to finish all by themselves. Overall a great experience!

Well, I do tell you, what an interesting venture I had today, we walked up to the front door to find a questionable substance on the floor (photo attached). I guess someone had a nasty experience before us.We entered a time machine because I walked in and felt like I was back in 2003. We were taken to our seat after breezing past a kitchen that was filthier than my wife's thoughts.It was my birthday, so we had bought a cake, even though the waiter abruptly refused... Due to covid, they said, but it didn't stop them from not wearing a mask or sticking their fingers into the ice cream.We didn't even get served, so I can not comment on it; we had to leave and head to Frankie and Bennys instead.Maybe it would've been tasty. I will never know; I just wasn't ready to take the risk.

Unfortunately not the experience I remember way back when reduced down menu and little options other than pizza which I know is a paradox but I recall them selling a lovely salmon pasta dish.The quality of the salad was under par and the bbq wings were not as describedTo be fair the restaurant accommodated our large group of over 20 people without a booking so that was a bonusWe ordered in small groups using the app and this system worked brilliantly

Rude staff ! I have never seen a staff member blocking someone from entering the restaurant in a rude manner just because there were no seats available. The person was like “ wait wait where are going “. The same thing can be told in a polite manner. There are no smiles on any member of the team. Food was good. But the customer experience at this Pizza Hut restaurant was horrible. Also we had to order from our phones. They were denying any face to face orders or payment which is strange.

2 pizzas ( thin like wrap ) 2 portions of fries and veg. nuggets £60 NO OFFERS AT ALL. I literally would say I didn't eat at Pizza Hut. We ordered many times online but the pizzas where top quality, Im not sure what happened there, chips where undercooked. Staff, you wouldn't see them smiling, they looked like they were working for 24 h. We won't be going there again.

Went here recently with a friend. I ordered the meaty pizza. I really enjoyed it. Tasted so good. The staffs are polite and respectful. The Atmosphere wasn’t too bad. It was okay, there was a lot of kids around when I went so there were a few running around and doing what kids do, it didn’t stop me from enjoying my pizza so I will come back. The price is decent but the prices for drinks is a bit ludicrous.

The Buffet is Back! Welcome return! (Though a little bit sloppy... no sweetcorn/no beetroot/no croutons/no Blue Cheese dressing!). Also, order through table by scanning code. The 4G signal inside the restaurant is poor - so makes it v.difficult. BUT... thoroughly enjoyed. Good to see The Buffet back! RECOMMEND.

We had problems with the meerkat deal, but the staffs were extremely professional and friendly and helped us solving it instantly. Pizza Hut has always been on the pricier side but the food was lush and in larger portion. It is located right next to an odeon and a Hollywood bowl so if you fancy some place to eat after those activities then this is it.
