Roosters Piri Piri in Surrey Heath

Its Roosters so you know what to expect it you ever been to one of their other branches. Its a peri peri type fast food chicken shop.The chips on this occassion were too dry, burger tasted ok. Good peri peri chicken though. Their full chicken is really nice.Restaurant tables were not cleared but service was ok

This is the second time I have found Hair in my food.My wrap started to fall apart, so when I started to wrap it’s again notice a hair on the lecture.When I called the place up, they said this is not possible! Also the staff are rude and you ALWAYS have to wait. Asked to come an pick up food in 15 minutes but had to wait 45 minutes.Certainly won’t be returning again.

Ordered food for someone in frimley park hospital and they went over and above to deliver it. Food was apparently delicious. Thank you guys

Use to be good place to eat few years back however quality, quantity decreased. Very rude staff. Non welcome attitude

How did it get so bad? Back when this first opened the meals were delicious...now they consistently make me want to feed my bin... Did management change? Did you change the recipe? How does your chicken not smell nice, look awful and taste worse? No Roosters I've ever visited leave me this disappointed. You've lost a customer and quite frankly, a free meal sounds like punishment.

Just ordered from this place, an hour and a half later after chasing twice we still have not received our food. Not only had the driver messed up what he gave to us as part of the order, the order was also wrong! They were really not understanding and were really rude on the phone saying it will take over an hour to correct our order. Refused to refund. Really really poor service, not what was expected from a chain restaurant. Will not order again.

Not a nice place to get food from. Roosters is usually excellent but this particular branch was poorly run. Food took a very long time, they forget to cook one item, interior didn't feel up to standards and the actual meal was not appetising in the least.

Not sure what all the 1 stars were about (bit harsh) we ordered takeaway and was delivered 20 minutes early and tasted great. Give them a go and support local business.

Terrible customer service. Extremely cold dark and trashy environment. The man that seemed to run everything shouts over you. Very rough manner. Do not go here unless you want a headache and mild tasteless chicken (when you asked for hot). 30p for one little pot of sauce because their food is so dry! My colleague nearly choked on her chicken pitta. The chips are good but this is meant to be a chicken shop. Will not be returning. Ever. Please sort your business out. Or close down.
