Silver Sea in Surrey Heath

Having used this chip shop for a few years now couldn't fault it to begin. Slowly over time silver sea is going down ,I've had things missed on my order , one time I ordered 5 pieces of fish for the family which was inedible, extremely overcooked and chewy! And at 5.90 a time is a lot of money to throw away! I messaged the shop and got no reply , and having ordered £40 worth of food tonight for the girl on the front not to give all the food so had to waste petrol going back to collect the rest ,very disappointing service , given it keeps happening its now time to find a new chipshop

Tried so many places since moving to the area a few years ago, but Silver Sea was the place I was looking for. Really decent fish and chips: Not too oily, not too crispy and good cuts of fish. And it's well run. Download their app from the app store and you can order ahead, and avoid the queuing. I'm a big fan of this place.

First visit and to be honest the best fish and chips l can remember. Hot, non greasy, good portions and delicious. Highly recommended 👍

We had our first fish and chips from Silver Sea last night.We are pensioners and have eaten a great many over the years but the Silver Sea fish and chips was the best we have ever tasted, everything perfect.The shop was impressive and spotlessly clean and the staff efficient, friendly and seemed very happy.A totally great experience, we will be back again very shortly.Thank you Silver Sea. 👍

Have used this fish shop since it first opened. The fish is wonderful.and the Chips too.especially the cheesy ones.the staff are fantastic.alway cheerful and helpful. Best we have ever tasted.long may it last. Good luck Richard and Tim.

Best fish and chips we've had within our local area. The chips are never greasy and always taste good and the fish batter is nice. Prices are a bit steep, hence the four stars. We'd only have this occasionally as a treat because it would be too expensive for a family of 5 to have this too often.
