The Hangar Cafe in Surrey Heath

Really disappointed with the service we received having driven 45 minutes to have lunch and work from the cafe for the day. The young lady behind the counter was very unwelcoming and rude when telling us we couldn’t use the WiFi even though it’s advertised for use on the website. A real shame as it’s a great spot and they allow dogs but unfortunately we won’t be back.

Very slow service. Waited well over an hour for a breakfast. Not really acceptable.If you want a quick breakfast, go elsewhere.If you want to sit and wait for most of the morning, this is the place for you.

Very nice cafe and friendly staff. Prices in line with other cafes in local area. The cafe isn't open on Sundays which is a shame. Needs a bit more clearer signage from the car park entrance. Exceptionally clean.

It's very beautiful place where Helicopter Ride is available

Exciting place to stop for a bite to eat if you enjoy light aircraft and private airfields. Good menu for a small cafe. Sun was shining when we visited so even better to sit outside and get up close and personal with the busy coming and goings of a busy small airfield.

Handy cafe on the airport grounds. Now open again. Good selection of food and drink. Full English breakfast is very good, nicely cooked with good quality ingredients.

Great food, lovely location and they do have veggie fry up if you ask!

Lovely little cafe right on the airstrip to watch the aircraft land/take off. All socially distanced tables /areas. Masks must be worn unless you're sitting down.Plenty of spaces available. Food comes quickly with friendly staff. Offer variety of kids meals, sandwiches, panini's etc.Very popular with families with young children as they come and watch the aircraft so be aware that if you come, it may not be entirely silent. There's several small steps so children can climb up and watch themselves.Disabled parking out front, other cafe parking is a 1-2 min walk away on good asphalt.Recommend to not bring buggies as it's not that big in between tables (due to the covod regulations).

Was very disappointed by the cafe. On groupon I brought the helicopter flight with lunch and when I booked with Fairoaks was told it was a £5 lunch voucher which was a surprise as what was advertised sounds like you'll have a proper sitdown lunch. Arrived at the cafe chose 2 sausage rolls which they didn't have. Didn't really have an alternative to offer so we had 2 cakes a coffee and a 7up. But the view from the cafe is great.
