Top Wok in Surrey Heath

1ST TIME I HAVE HAD IT FROM TOP WOK AND LET ME SAY ITS THE BEST ME AND MY FAMILY HAVE EVER HAD WE WOULD RECOMMEND TO ANYONE YOU WONT FIND BETTER ITS AMAZING TRY IT FOR YOURSELF

Chow mein was dry and sooo tasteless, barely any onion in it and the chips were undercooked. We paid for prawn crackers and they were so stale. We called and asked for fresh, the lady on the phone was so rude and over an hour and half later and 3 phone calls.. some fresh ones arrived.. they were still stale. I called again and they forwarded the call. Won’t be using again.

Having used another local takeaway for 20 years we were let down and had heard good things about Top Wok (despite the reviews). So glad we gave them a try as the food was excellent and delivered super quickly. Portion sizes were large and all food was hot. Will definitely be using again.

Ordered crispy chilli chicken, which wasn't crispy, Malaysian chicken satay which was salty and plain chow mein which was ok. It was edible but unfortunately wouldn't order from them again. Delivery was very quick though.

Food arrived fairly promptly but it was stone cold, crispy chilly beef should be renamed to soggy chilly beef and the cold chicken balls were dripping in grease with hard and dry chicken inside... Called restaurant and they refused to accept there was anything wrong and wouldn't issue a refund. I won't be ordering from there again and couldn't recommend it, avoid!

Would give 0 but I can't!!! Ordered food then called and asked to add an extra item was told no ! Then after waiting over an hour for food to turn up they cancelled order ! Call them back and they say we couldn't add the extra item so we just cancel!?!? Then after asking why they didn't call me to confirm they say if we no want to send food we don't!?!? What business dose this !?!?!? Terrible service P.S sign on window states free delivery within 3 miles i like 1.5 they charge ! Menu prices are completely different to their website not uber eats or just eat their own website!

Terrible! Ordered via uber eats. This is a review of the restaurant not uber eats lol. I ordered sweet and sour prawn balls, been craving them for months! Order arrives with chicken balls instead. I called the restaurant thinking it was a genuine mistake, they said they haven't done prawn balls for a long time and maybe someone called me to tell me this. Hmmm, no they didn't! Was not even offered refund for the difference in price between the dishes although in this situation I would have expected a full refund for the whole dish. Meanwhile, the guy continues repeating he'll speak to his manager. I said you go and do that then call me back as the rest of my food is getting cold..... he continues to talk. I bet I don't get a call back.What if I was a pescatarian and bit into a chicken ball thinking it'll be prawn??!!Note to restaurant - update your menu!! Also, call your customers if you want to send a different dish to what they ordered.Note to potential customers - Do not order from this place!!

Love the food, but service needs improving. Ordered my food 1 hour and 20 mins ago and it came with no sweet and sour chicken. This is my fave dish and to not send it out to me...well...out of order!!Tried ringing them but just an automated voice saying they have noone to take the call.

Terrible service, ordered £50 worth of food for wifes birthday on 24th April. Order was made online giving a 55minute wait time. After 70minutes I called to chase to be told it would be leaving in the next 10minutes and be with us within half an hour. I called to chase a second time 40minutes after to be told it was just leaving. This was over two hours after ordering, making it 90minutes later than expected by which time it was 21:10. I asked to cancel the order and to be given a refund, the gentleman took my card details and still no refund, 10 days laterAdvice to anyone, steer clear of this place. Very dishonest or at least be vigilant with them.

Slightly apprehensive reading some of the reviews but had a personal recommendation. Ordered at 6:45 and was told food would be ready an hour later - which it was. Good quality, lots of meat in dishes and really friendly service. We collected as delivery was advised at 2 hours wait.
