Zizzi - Camberley in Surrey Heath

Very pleasant meal, with attentive, polite staff. Few items missing off menu was a bit disappointing, but what we had was excellent.

Ordered coffees as soon as we arrived, they turned up 1/2 way through the meal. Quite a few dishes were not available. Sauces for spag bog and rigatoni pomadora were very watery. Plates were cold, staff are friendly but this place has gone down hill. Will not be going again!

I've always enjoyed a meal out at Zizzis. The menus show a creative touch and the food and drinks are always good. They invariably have large, open spaces that somehow add to the experience. Our waitress (Sarah) was excellent and made our family birthday celebration extra special. Evening parking at the shopping centre was easy and reasonable. I thoroughly enjoyed the evening.

Very dirty place, hairs in plates with food. Been waiting for pizza 1 hour together with glass of water didn't turn up. Not recommended

Went into book a table this afternoon at the Camberley restaurant and told unable to book due to limited capacity and new menu & to just turn up, arrived at 20:15 and told they are now closed from 20:00 and unable to serve us. Now having to seek alternative restaurant at 20:30 on a Saturday night, needless tosay Zizzi will not be visited any time in the near future, if at all !!!!

Wonderful atmosphere, very helpful and kind staff.Very tasty pizza and I loved the passion fruit punch.Thanks Josh for be so kind.Feel very welcome, definitely we will come back.

Starters were amazing could not fault, staff friendly but main courses were disappointing my pasta was hardly cooked and potatoes were under cooked got replaced and were still barely edible.

Such a lovely evening! So great to be out out and the lovely bubbly waiter and waitress were brilliant. Thank you for the recommendation of beer....love your bubbly happy manner. Top marks. I've always said ...I can take bad food. Bad service there is no excuse. Both food and service was lovely

I have left a review with 4 stars about 9 months ago and have revisited a couple of times afterwards. However I feel like it's about time zizi improves on certain things. I felt like my Sofia Ristica pizza was prepared in a hurry thus lucking it's original taste. Secondly I ordered fresh mint tea with honey. Unfortunately I was told they don't have honey but sugar. Nevertheless some of the mint leaves in the tea were half brown instead of green. Please don't be only profit driven... be consistent with service quality.
