Aida Kebab in Swale

Food is good here, but staff serving food was rude. Aware it was busy, but no need to take it out on customers. Won’t be coming back, will walk into town rather than come back here.

Never again this was once one of the best . The Management have a major issue with admitting when they are wrong . Good Bye Aida Kebab

First time using Aida...placed order for delivery.Delivered early (nice) but clearly didn't read instructions as tried to deliver to House 17 not Flat 2 despite extra delivery instructions saying Flat is directly Opposite.Food was warm tasted ok but Lamb shish not to flavoursome mayb use more seasoning...Chicken donner was nice, pitta hard.Not a fan of all elements seperate and DIY approach... (personal taste! as I quite like soggier pitta with all the meat juice)On the whole okay but don't think I'd order again 😏😔

I've tried every kebab shop in sittingbourne and aida is now the only one I order from. everytime, without fail, they deliver on time and the food is always good.

Delicious food and nice people

I needed to change my comment. Previously I gave 5 star and I said that it is the best kebab in Sittingbourne but I was so wrong ! It is a lottery ! Last time the kebab was perfect and today was one of the worst one I ever had ! Todays donner wrap was dry and hard, meat scraps were the leftovers and not engouh also I ordered the full salad mix but only received onion and lattuace ! Well too bad, I' looking for a new kebab shop, shame!

Terrible meal delivered this evening, has this place changed ownership? It always used to serve lovely food but this meal was just awful. Ordered chicken kebab but what arrived was a dish of dried up, hard pieces of greasy thinly sliced chicken,an unimpressive small box of salad and a pita bread, not even assembled as a kebab, had to it assemble myself!This used to be a lovely kebab house, the chicken kebabs were always good, with chunks of chicken breast and lovely fresh salad, nothing the mess that was delivered tonight, even my cats couldnt get through that chicken...or what was masquerading as chicken, Lesson learned...i'll never buy from this place again

As a kebab lover, I would say I had the best lamb doner at Aida. The portion was more than enough, the staff were polite and friendly. I cannot recommend them enough.
