Bit of a shame as the cafe looks nice and is in a great spot, but the food is really underwhelming. Went once before and got a veggie sausage baguette. It was OK but pretty small for the price. Went back today to try a salad box and it was really poor. Hardly any salad, more tuna than anything. The lettuce didn't look fresh and hardly got any of it, pics below show the box I got. Not great for almost £5 in my opinion. Thought they'd fill the box but it was half empty. When I saw it I asked to add coleslaw and was told that will cost me extra even though I asked for all of the salad bits? Not sure if there was confusion or if it's meant to look like this. Anyway, wouldn't go back again unfortunately.

Prime spot on the highstreet meaning they will always do well but believe me you'll only ever go there once! How anyone could make a tea undrinkable is beyond me? My machine coffee was served mostly in the saucer by a 13 year old waitress? The woman in charge seemed really fed up that she had to stand and ask what I wanted.Another reviewer said the coffee was "Delic"???Congratulations on your first ever taste of coffee, my friend, but it shouldn't be made from powdered coffee with 'Coffee Mate' creamer.

Only went for a takeaway coffee but oh boy I will not be going back there. The staff was very miserably and I felt like I was disturbing them... Not even mentioning my coffee, I took one sip and it tasted awful I had to thraw it away. Ordered cappuccino and it was just a flat black with a little bit of milk. A little smile costs nothing so why not try it!!!

Depressing customer service, practically threw our baguettes down at us. Sat at a table next to us and announced to her friend she was terribly hungover... Food tasted bland, could've made it better at home :( Not worth the price.

Super bad. Food was incredibly low effort. Could have been made by a ten year old raiding their parents' kitchen cupboards.

Terrible attitude. £3 for a watery milkshake. It was a festival day so understandable they are busy but they didn't tell us they were switching to take away only. So while people were sipping coffee from large mugs we were given small take away cups after paying. When questioning the response was rude. Disorganised and terrible.

Not great. Overpriced, average food, untidy tables. Plenty of much better places to get a bite to eat in Faversham. Shame it occupies prime real estate in the busiest part of the town.

Popped in for a pannini at lunchtime today. Ordered a bacon and brie baguette and a Danish pastry. Took 25 minutes to bring out the food and they forgot the pastry. When we went in to ask for the Danish, one staff member completely ignored attempts to talk to her as she sipped her tea and the second staff member was rude and abrupt about it when she finally emerged from the kitchen. Also vastly overpriced for the mediocre sandwich we eventually received

Nice panini but took a long time and rather overpriced for almost a fiver. I do think that the prices are just that little bit too much. The coffee however is dee-lish, and it's nice to have al fresco in the good weather.

Delicious baguettes always freshly prepared. Generously filled from the broad variety of tantalizing filling's. Choose from the menu or customise. Friendly staff, efficent & courteous always 'only too happy to help'.🖒☕🍰
