Worst service I've ever had,the food was that bad even my dogs rejected it ...here's some advice instead of using pre made fillers make your own it's cheaper and actually delicious,also I'll be informing more people not to eat there .

I've been walking pass this place for a few years whilst going into town and,yet,until yesterday,I'd never set foot in the place🤔I must admit I thought it was a greasy spoon type place that served up traditional fried breakfast. However,I could not have been more wrong. It serves up sandwiches,and savoury type snacks as well as sweet confectionery; coffer and tea.The staff are very polite and friendly and,here's the thing that I like,they bring what you've ordered to your table...no waiting in a queue and clogging up the Isle!Another aspect of this delightful place is the seating: they have some small,yet comfortable leather chairs which I like very much! Oh,I nearly forgot,they have a first floor level too although I haven't been up there yet.I love and support independent shops like this so now I have found this little gem, I will be a frequent visitor in future.Thank you ladies for making my time spent there a very enjoyable time😀👍

Often visit this coffee shop with family. Lovely helpful, friendly staff. Good range of menu choice, very tasty and well presented, can't fault either food, drink, service or staff

Such lovely ladies that work there. Make you feel very welcome. Baguette are alway filled up and not over priced like elsewhere. Highly recommended

Was mine and my partners' favourite haunt when we lived in the area. It was probably the worst thing about leaving Sittingbourne if I'm honest. Sally especially was an absolute star and it wouldn't have been the same without her amazing, personable service each and every time. She would always spare a moment to ask how we were doing. An honourable mention too to Mary, Helen and Alex who were always fantastic. To this day, we still haven't found anywhere that comes close back in my home city.

Lovely sandwich bar and they have a lovely seating area upstairs where they cater for small events. We meet as a group there every week for a craft and natter. Very popular. Make great home made soup. Very friendly staff.

There is little inside seating. There is an outdoor seating area. The tables had not been cleaned and were covered with dust. The seats were fold up deck chairs. My order came one item at a time rather than properly presented alltigether on a tray. You can hear the waste going down the drain from the kitchen.Prices were very reasonable. Coffee was good. I would use this cafe again.
