My wife ordered a 20" cheese pizza and a large portion of cheesy chipsThe delivery speed was really good.... BUTThe chips were as dry as cardboard so much so we suspect these were pre cooked, cooled down, order received cheese added and shoved in microwaveThe pizza was tasteless and lacked tomatoe base sauce and cheese and was also dry

Been using these for years without a problem but last time they had completely gone downhill! Rude staff to my partner on phone as well. Made her feel like she was asking for the moon to be delivered.. Just dont bother with them unless you really need a poor pizza the size of a dustbin lid lol..

Absolutely poor customer serviceDelivered one of the pizzas wrong and after speaking to who I presume the manager told me they would deliver another one but would be another 45 mins. So one of us had food and other one had to wait.Was ment to be a family meal for my daughters birthday so totally ruined to asked if they could add another portion of dirty fries as an apology and got told no only a replacement pizza which we had already paid for! So I told him fine deliver the pizza but we won’t be using them again and he hung up on me!!! Shame as food was ok Shame about the poor customer service

EDITED/UPDATE 2 stars - 4 starsPaid for double toppings because they are ridiculously stingy! Even on something as cheap as mushrooms. Paid for double and still havnt been given even 1 mushrooms worth! This has happened too many times now my husband has even driven back after food delivered as ordered anchovies and literally got given an anchovie cut into 3 tiny bits! This place is a joke and it's a shame as the pizza itself tastes nice ..This evening (2days later) we have just had a surprising knock at the door from big boys with some complimentary food. This pizza was much better. Thankyou

Used Big Boys for many years. Always great food and great service at reasonable prices. Can't fault them and staff are always friendly too. Keep up the good work guys.

First time ordering at this place and definitely not the last time.The pizza was really nice I’d say even best in Kent, melted in your mouth and tasted fresh and the toppings tasted of good quality.The delivery came really quick, definitely try this place out, it’s a hidden gem :)
