Burger King in Swale

15 minutes of waiting, no urgency or care to get people order sorted. I finally got mine and had to queue again as given 6 chilli cheese bites instead of the 9 I order. The whopper was shocking, my son chicken royale was road kill. Never returning ever again after this. £19 you charge for that awful service, absolute joke

No point in coming here.. Not busy at all, no queue, 2/3 people waiting for their meals.. I waited 10min, nobody had their meals yet so I left.. Kid behind the counter didn't even acknowledge me or apologised for any delay.. Awful service!

Not very clean, and after spending £55 on a family meal, they wanted to charge 20p for bbq sauce

I don't normally go in Burger King but I took my nephew's young family there for a treat . Seems a good selection of treat foods - from carnivore to vegan . I thought the servers were very kind to the kids - giving them drawing materials and showing a good deal of patience 👍.

Good service - fast and friendly staff - well up to Burger Kings high standards - worth the drive over from Sittingbourne especially as the Morrisons Petrol station next store is consistently the cheapest petrol in the Swale area!

The strawberry milkshake had no strawberry flavouring. No garlic dip, and the bun was old and dry and fell apart. Very disappointing. And why was the door propped open with a chair? Poor show....

turned up with my grandma and a worker said "sorry we don't server wh*res" and kicked her in the shins, do not recommend

Terrible service, having to wait in a queue after ordering at the drive thro was the highlight... Having to order twice as the person on the other end swapped with someone else, then having to ask them to read it back due to having no confidence in them actually hearing it correctly (which they didn't) no milk with tea.It's a shame as I prefer their burgers but they need to understand what fast food means.

Called in 3 times during our holiday in the area.Had a whopper meal and a plant-based whopper meal using one of the deals on the app, which makes it very good value.The burgers and fries wipe the floor with McDonald's offerings, especially their laughable veggie offerings.Expensive if you don't take advantage of the offers. But the quality is so much better. And when using the offers it's actually cheaper!The staff were friendly and service was quick.Overall experience? Couldn't fault it. The most important aspect being the delicious food, hence 3 visits in the space of a few days! Lol.Thanks everyone 😊👍

Went to burger king for a quick dinner. The staff just do not seem interested in being there and despite it not been busy took over 10 minutes to place order as a member of staff walked away half way through order to get some cups. The manager did not care and did not address the issue.We ordered 2 meal deals and rather than scan in decided to eat in the car. Once we got the food went back to the car and on opening bag found they had forgotten the chips. While we had just to walk back to shop if we had taken meal home meal would have been ruined. When we went back in they wanted to check what we had ordered. They had only had one customer after us. They did give us a large portion of chips but no apologies from staff or manager. If staff don't wast to work there then get some that are happy to have jobs. Also the manager needs to manage and not just sit in a corner. Burger king you need to get on tip of this.
