I have been there a lot of times excellent service every time and that's take away or sit in. Georgina is the best one there and is a credit to the company she should be a manager.

I left a review 2 years ago praising this place, however it has taken a nose dive. I met some friends for a coffee while on maternity leave and it was disgusting. Most tables were filthy and had used items on them. The floor had quite a bit of food on it and the amount of flies was awful. Service was OK but I waited 15 mins to be served and there was on one else in the queue. I was stuck breastfeeding my new born which took me over the 2 hour limited (we had 3 rounds of coffee and cake) and got a £60 fine for the fun of it. Needless to say costa we're incredibly unhelpful and not willing to waiver the fine. Will no longer be going there.

Should learn my lesson, everytime me and my partner come in here something always goes wrong. The last time we come in here, my partners coffee tasted like washing up liquid, both mine and my partners coffee were just about warm. We never complained because the work place was busy. I understand they were pretty busy, but every coffee should be hot and all cups should he washed out properly.

Disappointment by the coffee, latte was more milk than coffee. This location wasn't clean at all, dirt on all the tables, floor not clean at all either. Floor behind the tills where the employees were was filthy. Disappointed as I've used this branch before and have been happy. Such a shame but after this afternoon I will avoid this location.

Only used drive through , friendly helpful staff, lovely coffee and breakfast sausage in a roll , will use again .

Very nice time having tea and cake. My Mum said her very large coffee was standard but very nice. Service took a while but the staff there were working very well seeing as there were only 2 of them doing the drive thru and the eating in.

The slowest drive through I have ever been to and it was pretty much empty. At least the hot chocolate was nice, although it wasn’t worth the wait.
