Ordered home delivery of a pizza with sides.Food was great, all there.Best part was the delivery guy wore a mask and placed the order down in front of the a cardboard stand.I appreciated that they are taking the Covid pandemic seriously.

Ordered in store after unsure about the menu on the phone only to find not all options are shown so was googled for menu. Ordered half an half regular crust was cooked/ served fairly quick only to find one half not the one ordered. This was rectified quick with correct toppings pizza ( very thin crust though more lile a popadom) and extras offered. Just bit expensive for overall service and product. Would only recomend if buying a few. Needs some work.

Brought a pepperoni pizza and a cheese pizza pepperoni can just about eat it but the cheese pizza is terrible and not able to eat it. Garlic pizza bread was more like pizza break with the worlds most smallest amount of garlic. 100% completely annoyed and not impressed at all

Really not happy with Sheerness dominos. Ordered our food and when the food arrived,the drinks were missing. I rang them and they said that they would let the driver know to bring the drinks. 30 minutes later after finishing our meal,I rang again to be told 'theres not much I can do as the driver is still out'. It's currently been 1 hour 25 minutes and we've still not received our drinks..... disgusting!!

I have been a customer for years now always order personal pizza and chicken wings for delivery. Tonight they refused because they want me to spend £15.00 which I cannot afford. The girl spoke to manager and reused. Well you just lost guaranteed weekly customer for years.

The staff are complete fools, rude & ignorant who can’t even take an order- The so called assistant manageress ‘Briani’ ended up putting the phone down because she couldn’t answer why her incompetent member of staff couldn’t take my order correctly!!! Sheerness branch give Dominos a bad name - STAY AWAY as they rarely get the order correct!

Lovely place to eat staff always very friendly and helpful very prompt delivery of your purchase so it's still nice and hot

Not a first time had problem with dominoes in sheerness but I think its going to be a very long time before I go back. Placed the order over the phone and the guy couldn't not be bothered less about good manners not even took my name or asked if there is anything else I wanted just put the phone down. When I got there they had sign saying cash only which I wasn't informed on the phone and when I pointed out that to the guy he just rudly said you can walk to the cash point. When I told him I cant as I only got credit card on me he just grumbled fine ill cancel your order. There was never any apology or anything.

Nearly 2 hours late, when my bf rang them and moaned they put the phone down on him. And when it was finally delivered, things were missing off my order. Not very happy! Normally I love dominos and have it regularly
