New owners, Keisha & Chris, are outstanding. I’ve taken my family to the Fruiterers for meals twice in recent days - both for lunch and dinner - and both times have been wonderful. The food is great - very tasty, traditional pub food. The chicken, bacon & leek pie was very good indeed, but the Rodmersham Burger was even better. The chips are perfect, and portion sizes are very generous. Even better than the food, however, is the friendly, jovial manner of the new owners - very welcoming. Thoroughly recommended.

We had excellent Christmas dinner, staff were very helpful friendly and made it a really good chritmas. The cosy fire makes this an country pub

Went here for lunch today, I see it’s under new management.Wow 🤩 what a beautiful home cooked lunch we had, garlic mushrooms for starters, chicken and bacon & leek pie with new potatoes and fresh veggies. Followed off with lemon meringue sundae, absolutely fabulous. Will be going here again sooner rather than later

A fantastic country pub in a lovely, quiet, village location. The Fruiterers also has a nice restaurant which serves up some pretty tasty food. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. It has a nice beer garden for the summer and warm, cosy fires for the winter. Now under new management and is even better, it has a proper village pub feel about it again.
