Greggs in Swale

Does what it says on the tin. Good that theyr using fairtrade. Good influence

Watched the woman making my bacon and sausage bagette this morning. She went from the till to the rolls with bare hands, she then handled the roll with her bare unwashed hands, dropping a sausage onto the counter top. I couldn't believe what I saw next. She picked the sausage up and placed it iny roll!! I told her I'd seen what had happened, so she made another with her unwashed hands. The bageete went in the bin outside as I couldn't beat the thought of what other activity she'd be doing without washing hands. You'd think that having spent this this past 2 years in a pandemic, hygiene would be a lot better.

Pastrys are always hot and freshFriendly staff

Love this place for coffee! Flavoured coffee ar that. Great reward system with app. Quite often have coffee and have a breakfast bap.

Hand sanitiser still available to the left on entering. The store always seems clean, with quick service and friendly staff. The coffee is always hot and my daughter's favourite - the pink jammie doughnut - is always fresh. Food is generally very consistent with good stock levels. The new app allows you to collect stamps to earn a free item (pastries, hot drinks, sweets, etc) which is cool.

I have been going to Greggs for years now lovely coffee and hot chocolate nice cakes and snacks too

Always pleasant staff, never had a bad snack or coffee from here.

I do love Greggs but I'm wondering why they don't sale salads without meats, fish or dairy... Just a nice salad bowl. Same with their rolls. Please consider those whom cannot consume due to medical grounds.
