The friendliest welcome, cakes that leapt off the counter, saying "eat me" and a lovely atmosphere. Thank you, Havishams.

Not the worst, not the best. The cakes are nice, drinks are ok. There was not a drinks menu hence it was hard to see what to choose. Cutlery was unsanitary and tables were covered in crumbs etc. Could easily be a lot cleaner.Staff member was friendly (ish). Not very talkative. There are definitely better options in Faversham.

Good location, friendly staff, great selection of cakes! Don't take plastic though...

Lovely tearooms. Great snack menu (soups, sandwiches and hose specials). Lovely homemade cakes and delicious teas.Would have preferred a slightly larger pot, but I am a bit greedy when it comes to a cuppa 🤪.Would recommend and will come again.

Was busy but was served by very polite and efficient ladies. Cakes where full of flavour and light :) would definitely go back and recommend to friends x

We have come here very often and always found it a very nice spot in faversham for coffee and sandwiches. Usually when we were there the owner was as well and it was a very pleasant atmosphere. We went again today and were served by a very rude lady. She smashed the glasses/plates, moved around empty bottles and literally screamed through the room so my boyfriend and I couldn’t even understand each other. The noise she made was unbearable. She was complaining to customers that she couldn’t be bothered with serving people. When she served food she almost “threw” it on the table.The food was good the service a disaster. Also it was freezing cold in there. Won’t be back any time soon.

Very efficient, friendly service. Because the weather was so nice, we sat outside. Generous portion sizes, everything is freshly prepared. The hand baked Cakes are wonderful. Cash only which could catch some folk out, but an ATM isn't far away!

Ok food but very rude, unhelpful staff who would mix up or forget orders, also would sit us outside at 3:30pm without giving us any warning that the table would be literally taken away from us, together with food (still being chewed) and unfinished drinks at 4pm sharp. Drinks weren't replaced of course, no apology, same to all the outdoors tables and clearly not the first time. Couldn't quite believe it and wouldn't go back

A solid five from me, banana cake with caramel and buttercream delicious and my scone with two different jams was super, good pot of tea too, recommended

They are friendly and have a litany of options. They have one of the best homemade carrot cakes you will find in the South. Most cake in general in British cafés seems to be so dry and often inedible. This was an absolute succor when faced with the standard fare at other eateries. They also have many other delightful things to try, so definitely stop here if visiting the town.
