Kaspa's Desserts in Swale

It has nice desserts, but situated in the wrong place in Sittingbourne. Staff work hard.

Place was completely empty when I entered (12:15 Friday lunchtime), temperature outside was 25 degrees plus. The service was quick and efficient prices were reasonable and the quality was good.So why the absence of customers ? 🤔

After walking past and meaning to go in for some years, finally found the time. I feel a fool for overlooking this place all this time.The place was very clean and well looked after and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Particularly the younger English guy at the counter and the middle Eastern guy who I assume is the owner with the pride and dedication he had to the restaurant.The food came quickly and tasted great. I didn't expect such attractive presentation and the portion size I felt was very generous.The music was a touch louder than it probably had to be, but other than that I struggle to find a fault.Will be eating here again.

There was a strange smell on entering so we got the food the take away instead, the food was lovely though.

We were a group of four and all had Pancakes they were really delicious the chap who served us was very polite and friendly we will certainly be returning we all recommend the pancakes!Many thanks

Food and service was delicious and great and thoughtful. Tables clean. Not many people since they only just opened (1pm). Great variety as usual, unfortunately there was no hot beverages (but our waiter made me a cup of normal tea) at the time, so milkshakes and cool drinks for the gang. One loo for all, so go prepared.

Seriously disappointed. Last two orders have been wrong and tonight called about it. Extremely unhelpful. They said someone should have called to advise that my order couldn't be made which never happened. Instead they sent out and awful attempt of my order. Was told that if I wanted it redone I'd have to go collect which wasn't possible. Such a shame as this was one of our favorite places but won't be ordering from there again after this.

We ordered through just eat. Order arrived late and stone cold, the ice cream well that was just cream. The milkshakes was non existent. I called the site and was greeted by a women on the phone, I explained what had happened and was told what do I want them to do about it, the food being cold is the drivers fault, the missing food well that is our fault. If you want the other half of your order you need to come to the site. I explained that I had had a drink and could not drive. Her answer was well request a refund through just eat.Excited to have a place like this finally close to home but sadly will not be ordering again.

Amazing 😍 waitress was very friendly . Desserts were out of this world. Would highly recommend 👌
