KFC in Swale

Ordered meals plus extra chips for delivery, not only were they delivered a long time after the delivery slot but there were no chips at all. Took them back and were rudley told "we ain't got no chips" No offer of replacement or refund just bad and rude attitude.

Very disappointed, very long wait in a drive through queue to be told most things out of stock. It was only 8pm so not really late. Ended up with soggy chips & chicken, split beans as the lid wasn't securely on. Lady who served us was smiling and very pleasant though

Worst KFC ever they are so slow and they make the food taste terrible. How can they be so slow when all they have to cook is chicken. If food isn’t ready for someone make the car wait in a bay like every other fast food place with a drive food.

Truly bad restaurant. They always seem to have supplier issues, running out of stuff and arbitrarily replacing your order with other food you don't want. Beans instead of gravy. No salsa on the Zinger Tower Burger, no fries! No fries. What fast food restaurant has no fries! Food items always missing from food orders - fries again but also soft drinks. Forget ever getting your money back or an explanation. Clearly don't give a damn about customer service. Do yourself a favour and order elsewhere

4 of us went and 3 out of the 4 got a box meal. My boyfriend got 10 chips, i got 12 and my brother 15. The staff were sort of rude. One spoke to quietly to hear even though there was only 1 other person in there and we were standing waiting at the desk so i asked what number was said. The other one shouted looking directly at us and pulled a face. We went during the dinner rush, so was expecting a rush but they were much more preoccupied by fullfilling the drive through rather than the people who came in eat in. It also isnt possible to eat it at the moment, which there is no signage before you go on and see them actually working (while they are cooking and serving your food) or we would have gone through the drive through as it was raining. The food wasnt hot dispite the wait.

Not bad food. Better than others in the franchise, but not great if you're in a rush, seems the average waiting time for the fast food here is about 25+ minutes unless you're here when it's very quiet.

Went into KFC in Sittingbourne retail park tonight as you can see by the photos we ordered our food at 18.40 and was served it at 19.21. We we were not told how long the wait would be, the heating was broken so it was freezing in there. The restaurant was absolutely filthy and there was a terrible fishy smell coming from the toilet area. There was cob webs all around the lights and coming from the ceiling down to the lights, bins were over flowing and tables hadn’t been cleared. When I complained to the manager he just looked at me blankly. My suggestion STOP taking online and phone orders when your restaurant is that busy put the customers in the restaurant first, put I sign on the door saying the heating is broke and tell the customer how long their wait for food is going to be. Make cleaning the restaurant a priority. After the long wait and being absolutely freezing the food was awful.

All the tables and floor were covered in rubbish which you couldn't put in a bin because they were all overflowing, had to clear a table to sit at it. No hot drinks available. Staff just appeared to be hiding behind the counter trying to look busy. Definitely won't be returning.

Absolutely incompetent. Had no drinks. Kids meal had no chips. Big daddy meal was ordered and got a zinger meal which looked like it had been thrown together. Bun was rock hard. Shocking that it was actually served.

Long wait, said someone took our food. Wanted receipt that they didn't give We showed them our banking app showing we paid, and they denied involvement, refunding then kicking us out.Fast food, no more like slow, no food.(P.S how do you give 0 stars?)
