Lateef Restaurant in Swale

A party of 20, booked for 19.30 , meals pre ordered. The service was poor , food came out in stages , the food was cold , some of our party left at 21.40 only having had their starter. They are more concerned about catering for Uber eats and just eat than the customers in the restaurant. We have eaten at this restaurant for the last 20 years . Management has obviously changed we won’t be going again

Lovely Indian and I order here all the time. However 3 times I've had items missing

So we order dinner for 5. When it came to collecting the meal, I spoke with the manager. Nice enough guy and told he would bring it out to the car for me. 40 minutes later, I go in and ask what happened to my order. The guy then went off to the kitchen, came back and told me they still had one more dish to finish. When I complain that this is not great, he tells me that he will cancel the order and leave. So I asked him politely to complete the order. It turns out that the order was sent out for delivery in error. But the attitude of the owner or manager is by far the worse I have ever experienced.

It’s a shame to give a 1 star review to a restaurant which does decent enough food only to be let down by poor customer service and late delivery times! I’m currently waiting on an order which I made 2 and a half hours ago. Not to mention it’s stuck in the past when paying for your food by card over the phone. I’ve given the restaurant few times to make up for the mistakes but this is the last time il be ordering from here. We’ve now had to cancel the order because no one should have to wait this long.

First time we have eaten here , prompt friendly service and an excellent meal . Will be back.

Excellent restaurant, hosted a large hen party, all the staff and management were very accommodating, nothing was too much to ask for, the food and service was outstanding 10/10, the atmosphere was perfect for the occasion, highly recommended, thank you again for an amazing evening!

We order from Lateef all the time! The food is hot, fresh and delicious. We've never had an issue, they've never got the order incorrect and they have delivered on time 99% of the time (you can't fault them on crazily busy Friday and Saturday nights - we don't mind the wait). They're really kind in there and always look after us!
