McDonald's - Sheppey Way in Swale

Had the new homestyle crispy chicken burger and I have to say it's the best edition in years. I hope you keep it on the menu

Just ordered thru drive thru 2 happy meals and 2 large double big mac meals when get home there wasn't chips. So called them but no response

The amount of times they mess up orders here is so consistent and ridiculous. They definitely need more training for their staff

I wouldn't normally complain about my food beingdelivered early, but this seemed way too quick. I waspreoccupied with something and timed for my foodto be here when I was finished. And my food wasn'teven hot, just slightly warm. I ordered a chickenLegend (only lettuce) NO BBQ sauce yet my burgerwas absolutely smothered in BBQ sauce, with nolettuce. I also ordered 2 cheeseburgers minuseverything but the ketchup but both burgers camefully loaded. This has literally ruined my night and I'mgoing to bed hungry. I’m fed up of the all the useless workers they have both at the restaurants and their drivers. You’re literally just a number that’s it.

Very rude going through the drive thru. I pulled up in the left hand lane and waited as it was fairly busy. The left hand lane took an order and I had heard nothing in my lane.I said hello but received no response.The left hand lane took another order while I was still waiting. I said hello again to which I got a response of 'we're very busy'.I explained that the other lane has already taken two orders and I have not given mine.'She's in a box taking orders and I am making drinks'.A out 10 seconds later I had my order taken.I think the drive thru operator needs some classes in customer care. If you are busy, let the customer know that you will be with them shortly instead of making them wait thinking that the ordering box is faulty.Very disappointed.

Good hot food, presentation of the burger was excellent as usual whilst eating at the store. Well recommended yet I’d avoid delivery from any maccies as 9/10 end up disappointing with either missing items or cold, soggy food.

Burger had mayo everywhere, all over the bun, it was a mess. Also some of the chips were absolutely caked in salt. I can't say it was an impressive visit. Also the wrap wasn't wrapped and all the said and chicken fell out. Based on this visit I probably wouldn't go back to this one.

Rather disappointed that I ordered the cheese dippers (that clearly stated that they come with 'tangy' tomato dip) - also in the name' dippers' - I soon realised that they didn't put the dip in my order 😤😤

The Jenny is wonderful. I always eat there when I can, the staff are brilliant and the manager always makes you welcome. Tasty food and great service.

Good service. Staff were attentive. Great interactive table which was fun for us to play with as a family and do some games after we ate.
