McDonald's - Sittingbourne Retail Park in Swale

It's my favourite meal. I can't stop eating. I'm loving it.

I used to love getting McDonalds from here. Since Covid and the new delivery service its gone down hill. ive had so many mistakes with my orders ive lost count, its always crowded with uber eat drivers. I like to avoid going inside where possible now.

I have to score this a one as there is no option to score a zero... it's chaos delivery food takes priority and when you get your food it's either missing something or its stone cold, what happened to the McDonald's of old without all this hi-tech approach they haven't got it right.. sorry but we won't return !

Food not very hot but couldn't be bothered to go back and complain.

I'm not personally keen on McDonalds but my grandson likes chicken nuggets so went there for sake of ease.

Thanks to the man behind the counter, mistook him at first for a child but he turned out to be a very polite and chirpy employee. Pretty sure he spat in my burger but I'm not complaining loved it!

It's a great place. 24/7 Always clean and the staff is very nice. Even in the middle of the night

Just got a takeaway breakfast. The bread is soggy and its dripping in sauce. How is this edible

How can a medium fries actually have more in that a large. The uber drives think it is perfectly acceptable to park up and wait in the disabled spaces.

Ordered today via uber eats and my order was completely wrong! They had randomly chucked a load of lettuce into a quarter pounder burger when the word lettuce wasn't even mentioned, but they had also stuck the wrong label onto the box, not to mention It looked rancid.
