Very rude man that answers phone, terrible food, wouldn’t ever use again

Had the extra large mixed kebab. It was prepared well and reasonably priced. It was delicious, the chicken, lamb and beef were all cooked to perfection. The family and I enjoyed it immensely, I'll be returning again. (Edit) I returned again! Just a good.

First Time Customer .. I'll be Back..!! .. Ordered a Pizza which was lovely & the side of fries was a Bonus.. Good Value & Meal Deals look good too.

The quality of food is brilliant, love the flavours of the kebabs and the burgers.The salad unlike most kebab shops is fresh crisp and tasty.I really enjoy my meals from here and bonus they deliver too. I will definitely be back to use them again in the near future.

Terrible customer service,spent nearly £40 on an order threw just eat to only recive half my order rang minster grill direct to resolve the problem to get spoken to like absolute s**t by the lady on the phone who pretty much called me lier telling me I had recived all of my order which I had most definitely not! She as good as told me there was nothing she could do,so I asked to be put threw to a manager convinetly the manger wasn't in the shop and it's only when I said If the problem isn't resolved now I'll put the food back in the bag and get my husband to bring it back directly to the shop for a full refund that they offered deliver me the meals they had missed on the first place! If I could rate them 0* I would,don't waste your time ordering from this company as soon as theyv got your money they couldn't care less for the customer.

Absolutely disgusting customer service, claims they don’t deliver when they did a week ago and a fortnight before that! Claims things are listed on website that aren’t! Serious attitude problem and when asked to speak to the manager she was the only person there then in the next breath they don’t speak English! Don’t lie you get caught out! Take money from bank then cancel order

Donner meat was dry and overcooked with NO SAUCE in the kabab even though I asked for chilli sauce and garlic MAYO. pizza was plain in flavour and could hardly taste the barbecue base, I'm sorry but the only thing I enjoyed was the fizzy tango. I wasted £25 on this meal and will not be returning.

People in this restaurant need a lesson in customer services. Left a review on trip advisor but they were so rude to my wife it was unreal. Ordered a lamb doner kebab and basicly got salad in pitta. Check the prices as over charged us by nearly £5. No more minster grill for us back to Ustas for us dunno why we tried them

Had to go here as our normal one was shut. This is purely down to personal preference and a small mistake. I asked for lots of chilli peppers on both kebabs and recieved none on any of them.. They didn't come in a kebab box so was just loose in a bag which made it very messy putting them on a plate and it all fell out. Donner meat was cold when I got home which is a 2 minute drive. Not a lot of salad on the kebabs. Chicken was tasty though hence the extra star for two star otherwise would give one. When our normal kebab shop is shut we will try somewhere else as was very disappointed.

Decent quality food for reasonable price. Always busy which in my book says good turnover so food always fresh. Staff very patient and friendly. Recommended.
