Papa John's in Swale

Ordered over phone to collect, buy one get one free for medium pizza , said to pick up at 19.00, arrived at 18.55 not even started preparing, received it at 19.15, cost us £18, think we paid for both of them , was always good value for money , not anymore

I used to love papa johns, and it's a shame because in terms of flavour of the base, crust etc your pizza are great. But absolutely destroyed by your incompetent staff who can't make a pizza. We stopped ordering from you for a while and thought let's get a meal tonight. We ordered and there are so many toppings on both pizzas, that the pizza is practically inedible. Because there are so many toppings, the pizza has become watery and sloppy. The slices arnt any good, and after eating most of the pizza, I had about 3 slices worth of extra toppings still which had fallen off the other slices. Its actually rather grim to eat. Your bbq sauce is also too bitter and not sweet enough. Sometimes less is more, and I'm not one to complain about too much food, but this is just ridiculous. ( and my partners pizza was wrong )

Delivery on time,but pizza???Hardly any toppings, if I wanted just a pancake, would have gone to the shop.Disgrace,never again!!!

Ordered at 3pm for a delivery at 7pm. The pizza never turned up and no one answered the phone. Took several days to get hold of someone to get a refund.

Rang up for a delivery after finally getting through, a rude bloke answered the phone and said DO IT ONLINE and hung up the phone no please or thankyou! Won't be using them again! Joke of a service

Ordered online waited for like 1 hour then called them n they was short of delivery drivers

Usually really good but was terrible tonight. Waited over an hour just for an update on the app but it never happened. Called up and a girl on the phone had a really bad cough, not great in todays climate. Got given the choice to add something to the order or cancel as none of it had yet been made. Cancelled due to the girl's really bad cough - I don't want that all over my food! Nasty!

Absolutely joke of a placeOrdered pizza and waited I hour and a half for it. I rung them and the woman that answered the phone was so rude and disrespectful she even put the phone down this place is a disgrace and will be taking this to there head office. Hopefully the woman that answered the phone will be sacked because she deserves to be the way I was spoken to then having the phone put down on me... DISCUSTING

Every single Saturday we place the same order , every single time they forget the extra dip we order . Yes it's only 50p per time but it's so frustrating. After the 4th week running my wife called to complain, however the customer service is useless, the operator had a couldn't care less attitude. We will now take our business elsewhere. .

Usually papa johns is great at helping out customers. They deliver would nearly always food on time and if not, they would always pick up the phone to tell you why. But today it has been awful I've waited over an hour for our food and the tracking app said its still in the preparing stage. Also the store won't even pick up the phone
