Normally order from here and it's usually awesome. Ordered meal for 2 on the 3rd if december and it was aweful. Stingy portions (tubs barely filled) , tasted really bland, batter on chicken balls was barely cooked, no chicken in the chicken chow mein and recieved a small pot of sweet and sour sauce for 1. Maybe a bad night but if it carries on I won't be ordering again.

Food was absolutely disgusting... I ordered 3 dishes last night and all of them were full of nothing but onions. Even the prawns in satay sause had like 5 prawns in there, the rest all onions. I am extremely disappointed. Would deffinately never order again

Absolutely disgusting. I ordered ribs and they stunk. They looked grey. I called the manager back and politely informed him about the ribs smelling, tough as old boots and the colour of them. It was met with hostility and he was very rude. I hadn’t even asked for any money or even for him to redo the order. I just wanted him to know that he had served me bad gone off ribs and gave him an opportunity to make it right. He never. So i would avoid this place like the plague. Unless you want food poisoning.

Tuesday night and both Chinese takeaways in TEYNHAM are closed. A third in Sittingbourne, also shut. So I went on Google and found R&A. Now, Tuesday nights or any other night for that matter, we shall be using R&A in future. Everything was best quality. Ribs, ummm, special fried rice, a meal in itself. Dumplings and spring rolls? No better anywhere. Thank you R&A for a first class meal.

I genuinely will only be using this chinese from now on! Had a very big order yesterday made through food hub, had to write a lot of alterations in the notes due to allergies and so on. Our food was delivered in about an hour and all was hot and delicious! No problems with any dish! Recommended 100%

Finally found a Chinese that knows how to cook Singapore Rice Noodles. Every other Chinese I've tried, they've either been bland and full of bean sprouts and just no spice. These were just perfect! I added a note which was clearly read and listened too. I couldn't see salt and Chilli chips on their menu online so added plain chips and asked if they could. They did which was lovely. Also added extra spice to my noodles as asked. Delivery time was normal and arrived on time. All other food was hot and lovely and I found the prices here normal. Certainly not an overpriced Chinese like some have said. Overall, I'm glad I decided to try this Chinese and will definitely be ordering again.

Have used this place for years but since the refurbishment the prices have shot up which I dont have a huge problem with however the quality of food has gone terrible prawn balls where cremated crackers where stale and actually feel sick after eating it food has gone tasteless. Such a shame used to love it i dont understand why people try to fix something that wasnt broken and now has gone downhill.
