When visiting Sheerness I will always call into Rumour. Fabulous coffee and food, and the staff could not be more friendly and welcoming. Truly a gem of a place.

Very friendly staff, great cakes and child friendly too.

Lovely little coffee shop in Sheerness high street! It’s nicely decorated inside and is a little place of calm after a busy day!Always pop in here when I’m in town and the service is always great! We had sandwiches, followed by coffee and a piece of cake! The sandwiches were large (in a good way!) and very filling! And the cakes were lovey!

Ordered afternoon tea for my husbands birthday, very helpful over the phone with choices on the menu. Staff very attentive and excellent well presented food all of which tasted delicious. We had to bring some away as there was so much. Will definitely be going back soon.

Tried this little cafe in Sheerness several times but the service is dire! Plenty of staff but too busy chatting, ignoring customers and taking far too long to serve anyone. When you eventually do get your food (after another very long wait), don’t say anything if they’ve made a mistake because it’s not appreciated. It has great potential but that’s it sadly.

A relaxed atmosphere to have a coffee and a bite to eat. Staff are polite and welcoming, and greet you as if you were a long lost friend or family member.

Coffee is lovely took a long time for it to come to the table. I had to ask if toasties were on the menu. They are just not stated. Doorstop bread cheese wasn't melted filling was still cold didn't enjoy at all. The foods a no from me. Cakes look wonderful and the coffee is awesome

Surprising good find in Sheerness. Thoughoutfully decorated with vintage finds. Friendly service and good, very reasonably priced food. Would definitely recommend a visit

Nice cafe, super friendly staff. Nice cakes and scones.Coffee was average. Should have gone for the nice tea selection. The club sandwich was a huge wedge, loads of tasty bread, but I expected a bit more from the fillings. The sausages and bacon are locally sourced from quality butchers.Toy station and play kitchen for kids and large changing facilities.
