Starbucks in Swale

I fed my children and had a drink and all was fine.

I have never waited so long for a coffee in my life. I had actually grown a beard and had 5 children by the time I received my coffee. I have seen my grandfather type faster on his Nokia 3310. It made dial up look like virgin fiber.

People working there need to learn about speed and efficiency. Slow worker causing a pile up.

Fantastic service always polite, A must when in town for a treat.

Changed review! Its got a lot better, best coffee far better than Costa..polite staff who always treat me well when I go in.

I did like this was very different though to anything I've had before.

Quiet, tables dirty, waited a long time for our drinks. But we were there to catch up anyways, suppose it was OK

Never had a bad experience. Staff are incredibly friendly, the shop has a really chilled atmosphere that is perfect for when you want to catch up with a mate and grab a coffee. The coffee may be slightly more on the expensive side but you get what you pay for, and that's almost always a high quality brew. And the shop is dog friendly! Couldn't recommend enough.
