Subway in Swale

Can’t understand simple instructions, clearly explain what I wanted and the lady added whatever she wanted then told me I was wrong after explaining multiple times it was wrong… Rude and stupid and expected me to pay for something I didn’t even ask for and I give up and walked out! Don’t recommend!

Infant child wondering around behind the counter whilst customers are being served, this branch of Sunday really has gone down hill.... walked out due to being unprofessional, will not be returning

Terribe customer service, attitude from the staff and being called a lier when the delivery guy touched our food!! Wouldnt even give 1 star too these people!! 😡

Ordered a teriyaki chicken salad bowl when it arrived no chicken, called the shop to let them know to be told they had put it on. Why would I call them if all was right with my meal very poor customer service.

I mean....it's a subway, all English subways are the same (pretty good) but if you're used to American subways, I wouldn't get your hopes up.

Used to be pretty good, but has gone down hill recently. Smallest portions of any subway I've been to, poor customer service, and does not offer the full range on the subway menu, and will sometimes overcharge and claim you ordered something else.

Had a salad today, portion size was ridiculous. Packed out with lettuce which i asked not too. Asked for sweetcorn, got about 10 grains. Also witnessed the mayo from my salad going into the chicken so cross contamination there if anyone is allergic to egg and wants chicken. No beetroot? But neats court have beetroot? Always going to take the extra trip to neats court from now on. Shops are only miles apart but the difference is amazing. Sheerness subway is a massive let down.

1 hour and 40 minutes for food! Got subway on a friday night with their delivery service. The website said it will be about 45 to 60minute wait. The food arrived one hour and forty minutes later all stodgy and leaking. Wasn't a pleasant meal, and a family member went hungry, due to it being late.

I bought a Salad from this store many times, and in early December I send a co worker round with a lunch list and they ordered my salad for me. As I do not like lettuce I have everything but. When I received my lunch I had 6 pieces of Tomatoes, cucumber, childs pinch of sweetcorn, and about 10 slices of pickles. I emailed head office with my disgust and I have only now received a email back saying- With no lettuce they only give you 6 items of each. In either stores I have eaten at they give you the same amount of salad regardless if you have lettuce or not.The so called manager couldn't care less.Will not use them again.

I was told the food would take 45 minutes to be delivered. An hour and a half later and the sandwiches still aren't here. Called a couple of times and told "the driver's on his way"... still no food. Then they hung up when I asked for my money back and asked to cancel the order.
