Tesco Cafe in Swale

My husband and I after having an unpleasant experience prior, wanted to give Tesco Cafe another chance!Our breakfast finally came, it looked sloppy and some food was even missing!While in the queue I also heard people yelling to the young man at the till to stop food at one point! It’s clear to see kitchen staff are clearly overworked, poor souls!It is upsetting to see, we won’t be coming here again.

Super convenient and cheap cafe food/drink. Great for going on a shop in Tesco itself afterwards.

Cheap prices, good quality food, prepared fresh and quickly.

Good service as always. It's a little cold in atmosphere.

Had 2 very good hot chocolates and we're very reasonably priced. My son was made a special one that was warm with cream marshmallows and a gingerbread man. We felt very welcomed

Food was lovely.. Drinks not so much ordered 2 hot chocolates and have never had a bad 1 from anywhere these were horrible.. Very bitter even after adding sugar which I never do.. Toffee popcorn frappe however was lovely.. So we swapped a hot chocolate for a second frappe which upon arrival was like Milk and water mixed. Showed the difference between the 2 to man behind counter and he looked annoyed and thicken it for us. Also made a replacement hot chocolate which was even worse than the first 2.. Will not be coming again for awhile.. Staff may just need more training but was not impressed.. All 3 staff look fed up and like they don't wish to be here no smiles or apologys given..

It's a Costa. I would rate it more but the new manager fella put me off, I'd hate to work for him! He's not mean, just full on. Also it's full of yummy mummies and their offspring and they make me want to gouge my ear and eyes out. Used to be a great place to take your laptop and work.

The cafe is ok. It's generic catering food standard at a reasonable price. Being in the store it always feels busy and impersonal

Staff very helpful, created a vegan breakfast for us.
