The Beano Cafe in Swale

I've been down to Canterbury many times to visit family and always meant to try this place...Been there two days consecutively and wish I'd visited before. Hopefully be back tomorrow. Hard to find anything to criticise...Good quality food, friendly (yet not 'pushy') staff and reasonable prices for the area.

Probably the best cafe in Canterbury staff always friendly and serves the best breakfasts (mega is my favourite)

The food was not good ! We are a English breakfast and vegetarian breakfast and the mushroom on both plates were undercooked and the tomatoes they used were canned plum tomatoes they were soggy ! And the baked beans were stone cold ! The only good things were the chips they were cooked right . And it was not a good food expensive

Basic greasy spoon cafe. Food presented well, clean and simple. No complaints on food all freshly prepared. No disabled toilet

This Beano Cafe has been a childhood exeprice with my dad and its one of the best places i say id go too. The food never fails to not fill u up even if u didnt eat the day before and just lovely people who own the place and amazing food.. never once let me down!!Jordan Ramsy would love the food they cook here

Great place to eat a decent fry up! Varied menu. Price and service are very good as you can tell on a Friday when it's packed with building workers, but don't let that put you off.. Well worth the walk through town.

Best place for breakfast, absolutely brilliant every time I visit. The coffee is the best I've tried in canterbury, not sure why it's so good but it is. I've been to most cafes in canterbury now and this is by far the best. The food is always hot and fresh, very little wait time, service is always spot on and one of the best places for prices. Seriously, try this place, at least for a fry-up if nothing else.

Me and my fiance come here alot. We couldn't fault anything there. Staff are amazing, food is always so tastey. I always leave with such a full belly :)
