The Courtyard Restaurant Cafe in Swale

We only popped in for a pot of tea on a cold Saturday afternoon. The staff were lovely and attentive. It had a nice feel about the place. I can imagine it gets busy in the summer months. Nice place to sit and chat. We didn't eat but the food we saw looked good. The milkshake with a doughnut looks particularly appealing! Prices were reasonable.

This was a very nice day out to eat lunch the sandwiches and drinks are very good

Had to have a different meal as they didn't have what I asked for went for the Burger not had one like that before tasteless texture like rubber looked like compressed kebab meat.

Lovely little hidden gem. Great service, quality food at a reasonable price. Definitely worth a visit!

Was served. By a very good waitress, (Heather,) food was good well presented, latte was as you would expect. Overall good place for a breakfast, lunch, or just coffee and cake.

Food is great for the price. There is indoor and outdoor seating's. On weekend it better to book in.

The owners and staff are extremely polite and courteous, hence the reason for booking a Sunday lunch today. The main was excellent, but that is all we had. After waiting 1/2 hour after our main, no one came and asked if we had finished or if would like a sweet or anything else. I said to my wife that I would go and pay and we could then go.They were not overly busy, 3 tables inside and about the same outside.I mentioned to the young lady at the till that I would have liked a sweet and coffee, but because they couldn't be bothered, I would pay for my main and go. She did apologise, but too late, once bitten twice shy. I won't be going back there.

Lovely lunch here yesterday - shepherd's pie and fresh vegetables and plenty of it! Very reasonably priced and tasty. We sat out in the courtyard which was extremely pleasant. Highly recommended.

We went for the breakfast session and I asked to exchange my hash browns for some mushrooms. Had my head bitten off and was told no exchanges to be had , far too busy. We looked around and saw 2 other tables with people on !Food was average and not very warm. Didn’t say anything at the time as I was far too angry. Will not be returning

Well cooked, plentiful, delicious food at reasonable prices. Good service. Recommended
