Only had a drink here so cannot comment on the food. There was something about the decor that made me feel uncomfortable, but then again that was just me. Intend to go back again as I liked the area.

Nice pub, can get quite busy. Quite a bit of space at the back. Good range of food on offer, had both the fish & chips and burger so far, both good.

Friendly staff, great food, and good selection of drinks. Great place to watch the footie too.

Fantastic staff. The food is excellent especially the chicken wings and loaded fries.. we just keep going back for more

Discovered the pub was bigger than we knew with a very nice function room and bar upstairs. We attended the Jazz night 👍

Very disappointing. I asked for a glass of wine from a new bottle as the bartender was giving me the dregs of one bottle and topping it up with a newly opened bottle ! He said he couldn’t do that.I got my glass only after saying I’d just have tap water.I was made to feel a nuisance. Training issue I guess.I ordered fish and chips and it was very dry, lots of batter and not a lot of fish.I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Went in for a sunday roast, basically ignored the whole time we were there and made to feel like we were putting the staff out. Roast cold asked for horseradish 3 times eventually showed up 20 minutes after the meal. Very very disappointed and will not be returning

Was recommended. OK bit of lunch. Nothing special. Different pub chain over the road, not far off the same food. Will probably go there instead next time as it is a lot cheaper.

A decent Shepherd Neame pub. Food is very good as is the service, I had steak and chips with a side salad and it was cooked perfectly. Everything is to a higher standard and more professional than you get in a lot of pubs these days. Will definitely be returning.

I first went here a year ago and gave five stars. If anything, I'd add a star now. Six stars. The service is excellent, they are super friendly here. Top notch food with a cheeky twist. Brilliant steaks and wines. Yasmin and Luke were lovely. Great, soft lighting, comfortable seating, an ever so slightly wonky table: just perfect. It would be unreasonable to ask for more from a pub.
