Usta Pizza & Charcoal Grill in Swale

Utter rubbish. Mixed doner and chicken asked for little or no chilli and came loaded with chillies and smothered in chilli sauce. The chicken was in lumps as large that you would give a dog for dinner and uncooked in middle. Utterly horrendous. Wouldn't go again if I was paid to.

Absolutely love this place. Cheap price but quality food. Friendly staff and quick takeaway times.

Never had a bad order the chicken is so perfectly cooked and the pizzas are always delicious.The burgers are exactly what you want when fancying a burger

I'm new to Sheerness and do love kebabs and have tried a few places now and I have to say that this is the best of them - the food is good and meets expectations - I would have given Usta 5 stars but ordered a Rumbaba and it was stale - so, great for what they cook themselves, but stay away from the deserts!

Been using this shop for nearly 2 years and by far best kebabs on the island and further afield. We are lucky to have it on our doorstep.Keep up the 5 star kebabs, never disappointed.

Ordered two pizzas, extra tomato base sauce and offered to pay extra for that. Paid £25+£5tip. Got them but basses were dry, very dry. Called to say that they were terrible even if they wasn't supposed to have extra sauce but told they would only replace one pizza and not the other because it was stuffed crust. Lady on phone was fine, tried to help but owner/bloke arguing in back round cooking pizza, he's was problem. They was first call for kebab and pizza till tonight, not any more. Opened up well but falling as they stay open longer. Last order from you guys, I'd tell everybody to avoid now.

Best kebab shop on the island. Great portion sizes. UPDATE: recently changed their doner meat recipe and now it's possibly the best Doner kebab I've ever tasted.

Curly Hair along with hair fluff! Found in Kebab!Order from Usta Pizza and Charcaol regular but after tonight we will never go back and neither will our family who we recommend it too.Hair as you can see in the picture found wrapped around the green chilli and salad called to complain and got told that all the staff have short so can not be one of there! Even though the girl that delivered it had long curly hair!Oh what can we do to help resolve the situation send you another one No Thank-you!No offer of refund that's probably why they only cash! So they get away with it!Rude, unprofessional and unhelpful! Disgusting

Nice food, good portions. Small chicken shish is big enough loads of chicken salads nice and fresh. The guys listen to your order and make it how you want it. cheesy chips are proper munch loads of cheese and sauce if you want it. Really nice chilli sauce too. Recent price increase but still well worth it for the quality and size of the food. Id give it a go if I was you.!

Friendly people, great food! Very tasty! Very fair prices. Went in and asked for a 1lb burger! Yes 4 1/4 pounders in one but and he said no problem. I Highly recommend!
