Bengal Village in Tandridge

What's happened to the spicy poppadoms?! They're awful! Just rammed full of cumin seeds and salt now; I like salt, probably too much, on my food but these were so salty they're inedible. Why would you do that?! It's almost as if the chef ran out of the correct ingredients and just threw in, literally, a shed load of whatever else was to hand; and it was cumin seeds and salt, and lots of both and nothing else. Disappointingly dreadful. For a change, the entire order was all there this time, nothing was missing, only for it to be ruined with these culinary horrors ... knew it was too good to be true. If this is the shape of things to come, then it was better when they forgot them altogether to be honest!

Excellent service and the food was very tasty. Kahn and all the staff are all very welcoming.

Twice we have visited this lovely restaurant. The manager, Khan, is very attentive and friendly along with all other members of staff.Food is so flavoursome and always piping hot! Good variety on the menu.Will be visiting again!

Delicious food, as always, at the Bengal Village today. Cosy, intimate atmosphere and friendly service. Would highly recommend the tarka dall and vegetable kashmir.

One of the most enjoyable evenings spent in this lovely restaurant. Most of our family chose a different meal to the usual one.....wow...Kashmir chicken was absolutely delicious, I didn't think I could top my normal Korma or even Biryani!!! I was wrong. The extra taste of banana with the coconut was just magical. We have always had fantastic food and service in this place, but last night just tip the top. Thank you all very much.
