Homely experience, very polite and kind staff. Great atmosphere and a great selection of drinks and food items.

Ordered a white hot chocolate.The girl didn’t know if they took cash, didn’t ask what size I wanted, then requested £4 which gave a me a half-full large cup of normal hot chocolate.Don’t know where she got the price from and genuinely terrible service - won’t be returning.

Not the biggest range of bakery items compared with some other Costa branches, but the service was excellent and I was reliably informed by my wife that the coffee waa excellent!

Pity that the four young ladies working here today are in the main more interested chatting and their phones than the customers. One particular lady has done nothing for twenty minutes while the whole place needs a good clean. To be honest one of them has just refilled a couple of shelves. Tables are not being wiped down between customers which with Covid still around I would have thought the absolute minimum requirement.

Someone in the queue orders food and you are all waiting 20mins for a coffee. Coffee is always good though.

Visited today, really lovely coffee and friendly, welcoming staff. It’s so nice to be greeted with a smile.

Shame we were served by a rather rude arrogant young man. Today around 2.30pm. Unusual as never had ride staff at any other Costas. First time for everything. Good luck if you get served by him

The coffee is never the same each time I go,sometimes hot /cold only half filled.if you explain that the coffee was not right the response is well we made it how we are meant too.Such a shame

A very busy coffee shop. I ordered on the app and I still had to wait 10 minutes after I arrived to collect my order. The staff were working flat out. Maybe, a Sunday afternoon is best avoided, if you are in a rush.
